Tyler was very friendly and helpful, have me great advice and came across as trustworthy and genuine. Also makes the best tea there (apologies to the lady who made me one earlier, you just missed out on the gold!)

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely useless company - avoid like the plague.
They were brilliant with the sales process but that all changed when my car broke down 3 weeks after delivery.
I appreciate that it’s not their fault the car broke down (although upon checking the cars history with a main dealer it was far from up to scratch) but it’s their lack of help and complete turn around in attitude that’s led to me doing this review, they literally don’t want to know or help and tried fobbing me off to RAC.
Turns out my cam-belt went and they initially refused to help and said take it to VW and see if it’s covered by warranty - after dozens of calls they agreed to recover it and do the repairs on-site. After 2 weeks from breakdown my cars still not fixed and no one is calling me to update me and every time I phone in my calls are dodged. In the very rare instances I’ve managed to get through to someone their attitudes are disgusting. They try to blame me for the faults and threaten there may be costs their finance manager lied about my rights to return the car (I called the finance company who funded my car and they confirmed what he said was wrong) and I’ve had Chris in after-sales even tell me “it’s not his problem” & they won’t provide a loan car or offer any remedies.
In the last two weeks I’ve sought legal advice and had the cars history and background checked by a main dealer. This company isn’t compliant with any regulatory bodies rules and they’re selling cars where previous essential maintenance has been carried out by back street garages (the main cause for the belt to slip).
While the majority of all the Google reviews here are quite rightly positive as they do a good job selling the car etc be very very cautious of buying from them because it’s a different story when the car goes wrong and you need them to fix it fast because they won’t and their attitude turns very very nasty. They care when taking your money but don’t care when they need to spend theirs to rectify a problem.
Read through all their reviews and you’ll get a true measure of this company! When a car breaks down they turn their back on you!! It’s when something goes wrong that they should turn up the customer services and bend over backwards.

Fantastic!
Scott and the team at Trade Price cars have been nothing short of fantastic whilst helping me find my perfect car.
I am so pleased with the car, the customer service and all the extra help and support along the way! Nothing has been too much to ask (no matter how stupid I thought the question!) Scott has honestly gone above and beyond and been there every step of the way. From start to finish it has been so quick and the experience was made so easy!

I’d been thinking of getting a newer car for some time and after have a browse through online, we came across Trade Price Cars. Found a lovely looking fiesta on Saturday morning. We arranged to view the car with Peter and honestly, it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My husband and dad could not find one thing wrong with this car. It was immaculate! I actual loved the car. Peter was a genuine easy to talk to guy and was happy to answer any questions. I don’t buy a car if I don’t like the seller and he genuinely was as enthusiastic as I was about the car and it being perfect for me. Not pushy at all. From start to finish, an absolute pleasure. Exceptional Service
We were a little dubious at first as we have experienced some shocking customer service from other car dealers in the past but we had nothing to worry about.

Trade Price Cars are 1st class.. exceptional service from start to finish.

Special mention to Scott Maynard.. he was our direct contact all the way through. He went above and beyond to help and nothing was too much trouble.
He even arranged for our new car to be delivered.. baring in mind that they are based in the south and we are Leicestershire.

Very happy with our lovely Audi A5.

I would highly recommend them as a company.

Amazing service from point of contact to collection!
From my initial point of contact, Stuart and the team at TPC were amazing. Friendly and knowledgable, Stuart kept in contact with me throughout the process and in less than a week I was driving away in my new car which was just as described on the website (immaculate condition). Truly fantastic
Where to start
See the car I was after on the internet so popped along only to have a look and a face to face Chat about the car on arrival felt no pressure at all greeted by Stuart & after a conversation about the car Stuart asked if I wanted to take the car out for a test drive all I can say is this guy knows his stuff he talked me through all extras fitted to the car along with me bombarding him with questions after questions he answered them all even on the test drive I must have truly driven this guy mad on the test drive ( apologies Stuart) on arrival back after the test drive the process of buying the car I don’t think could have been any easier from start to finish after a quick check and the application for the loan being approved the collection date was agreed
On collection day I just had a few forms to sign and the car tax to pay for this was all done for me by the team fantastic service again 👍
I’ve had the car for 3 weeks now and I can honestly say if you have any doubts about buying a second hand high end car from TRADE PRICE CARS don’t
make them the first place you go to then if you need to go elsewhere see if you get the same experience with another car dealer I’m sure you will go back to trade price cars to make your purchase with them

Amazing Service

Customer for life !
This was the first time ive purchased a used car and the first time ive not gone to a main dealer and i can honestly say i will continue to buy my cars from Trade Price Cars from now on.
Scott and the team were so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasent.
In the past i have spent hours in main dealers, negotiating prices and often feeling pressured into purchasing something i didnt want.
But with TPC, there was no BS and not once did i feel uncomfortable.
The after care was great and they even delivered the car to my place of work as it was the easiest option for me.

Lying salesman
Warning! If you want the truth about a car Don't Don't buy a car from Scott. This person lies, does not describe the vehicle the way it sits.I've been chasing getting a spare key,PHONE every month to see were it is and Scott lies through his teeth saying I'll get it soon. I've been waiting MONTHS! Never told me about 3 large stone chips in windscreen. My advice to anyone buying a car,Go SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'll be putting this in every month 2 warn people.

Absolutely excellent service
TPC are brilliant! We recently purchased our second car from them within a 13 month period and were not disappointed.
Even with all the Covid restrictions, their personal service remained excellent throughout and we will continue to use them for cars in the future.
I honestly cannot recommend them enough, even if you live further away, it’s worth the travel because everything is done for you and to a high standard.

Perfect transaction

The best of the best
I have bought at least 100 used cars fro various dealers and have never had the customer service satisfaction. Trade price cars restored my confidence in dealerships. I have just bought my second vehicle from these guys. Cars are spot on. Very clean, very efficient sales reps. No pressure. Very informative of there knowledge of all there cars. Prices are excellent and fair. Even when I had a issue with my first car last year they dealt with the problem with a quick turnaround. I would highly recommend this team. If your looking for a used car please dont look anywhere else until you have been here first. Will be going back for another car after xmas

I have just picked my new car from Trade Price Cars and can not express how happy I am with the whole process.
After submitting my online enquiry Stuart called me to find out more about what I was after and how he could help. Never did I felt pressured into anything and his knowledge and expertise was appreciated greatly. This guy has been awesome! Never has it been too much trouble to answer any questions and kept me updated throughout.

Excellent customer service with a smile
Excellent customer Service with a smile;
Had a small leak develop in the footwell of my recently purchased used car. Trade Price cars had the car in their workshop the same day and I even got a call from the person who sold me the car apologising even though he was on a family holiday. Trade price cars then went above and beyond with the repairs, ensuring everything was fully dried out so no damp remained, I couldnt have asked for a better experience and was all covered by warranty.
