Excellent service. Service department
After a a misunderstanding on my behalf took my bmw e93 330d in for a remap and rear discs and pads and recived an absolutely fantastic service from the service manager phill.
Really happy with the difference in the car will now be using this company indefinitely.
Keep up the exellent work guys see you again soon .
All all there courtesy cars are brand new in pristine condition.

Quality Service
Buying my CLA from Specialist Vehicles was a 10/10 experience. Elliott contacted me immediately once i'd shown interest in the car, and was so helpful and professional from start to finish. They made me feel so assured and confident in my purchase and threw in some added extras which was appreciated. I couldn't fault the quality of service on the handover day, they even picked me up from the train station and took me to the garage. Even though they're based nearly 4 hours away, I will definitely travel to use them again in future. Thank you Elliott and Tom

First class service
After speaking with Tom and driving the BMW X5 we were looked after from start to finish. The p/x was dealt with quickly along with moving the number plate from one car to another. Having used the company in the past it was great to support them again. Quality cars and great service why wouldn't you buy from them? 5 stars!

Poor after customer sales service
I had bought a Range Rover sport off them in January 2018 for £18995 with 71000 miles on the clock.
But in early October last year some 10 months after my purchase and covering less than 5000 miles, my Range Rover suffered a Catastropic engine failure due to the crankshaft failing! unfortunately for me the customer service has been virtually non existent leaving me with out a vehicle and finance still to pay!
and has now left me no choice but to summit my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman service!

5 Star buying experience
I had an excellent experience buying my BMW 1 Series from Specialist Vehicles and even traveled 4 hours to buy the car. The car was exactly as described (if not in better condition) and looked immaculate on the day. Tom was very helpful and provided us with an stress free buying experience. Top Dollar Experience
Absolutely 1st Class Experience.
Greeted by Simon who went through the spec of the A4 S Line that i eventually purchased. Tom then finalised the financial element and handover which was smooth and straight forward experience. Would recommend anybody who is looking for a car to go and visit Specialist Vehicles 1st, you wont be disappointed.

I can't fault the service that we received when buying the Q3. Tom made the whole process, including the transfer of our Private Plate, totally stress free. The presentation and preparation of the Q3 was spot on. We will be back again when we are ready for another change of vehicle

PERFECT!
From start to finish Stuart was up front and honest about everything, very important. Car, customer service and overall experience was best ive had in my 20 years driving. The car was in superb condition and as described. Quality car for a fair price, very happy indeed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Specialist Vehicles Plymouth to anyone. Service Centre of Excellence
Would like to thank all the management and staff at your service centre based in Plympton for getting my Range Rover back on the road after I had a problem with the fuel tank sender unit and pump, nothing was too much trouble for the guys and they even sorted me out with a courtesy car too.

“Efficient and friendly”
We have Just bought a new Range Rover Sport vehicle from Specialist Vehicles based at the Ridgeway Plymouth, and we were most impressed with the salesmen called Tom & Stuart, who were both efficient, friendly, courteous and most helpful. In addition the financial dealings and warranty were conducted in a thoroughly professional way by the appropriate gentleman called Simon without being too heavy. All of these members of staff should be highly commended.

These guys were really super to deal with both in the buying process and the aftercare - I had issues with the car, but that's the best test of customer service - how they deal with a difficult situation. HONEST CAR SALES PEOPLE EXIST! Friendly, approachable, helpful and honest, what more could you ask for? Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a car from the guys at specialist vehicles and especially from Elliot, such a nice bloke puts you at ease straight away and makes what can be a very daunting experience straight forward and enjoyable. I recommend to everyone to buy a car from here. I will be buying cars here for years to come and taking it to their service centre. Car was handed over in immaculate condition and I would really recommend using their ceramic wrap as it makes the paint pop and look expensive their attention to detail is second to none. Brilliant experience the guys here really look after you before, during and after the purchase process.

I cannot recommend Specialist Vehicles enough, I bought a lovely GLC 43 from them and Tom and Elliot were amazing in every aspect. Once my Mercedes reached its three year point I have taken my car to Specialist Vehicles for all work required, servicing and MOTs. I concur that the service is second to none and would highly recommend this dealership.

We came across Specialist Vehicles when looking for a GLA45 AMG, they had just the right car and in the right colour for us so I made an enquiry and spoke To Elliott. The guy was so polite and informative during the many conversations we had about the vehicle. We ended up buying it and I absolutely cannot find fault with the level of service we received or the quality of the vehicle they presented to us. I have no hesitation recommending Specialist vehicles and Elliott the salesman. We'll done guys we're over the moon.

Excellent, honest and good value service. Recently took my vehicle here for wheel bearing issue. Following initial inspection I was advised that my rear brake pads and disks did not need replacing despite being told by main dealer that they did. I will always return here in the future because honesty goes a long way!

Always worrying buying a new expensive car but Elliot was absolutely spot on and transparent from start to finish, had a couple minor issues which were sorted instantly! Everything they promised or said they'd do they did, even let me test drive with the dog to make sure he fit too. I consider myself really lucky to have discovered Specialist Vehicles. I have owned my car for 6 weeks. It is great to drive, immaculate and was stunningly presented. No nasty surprises when you get home with it. Elliot, who dealt with the sale, is fantastic. His customer care is second to none. It is professional eg providing information in a polite and respectful way and also personalised, eg understanding the customer's needs. Buying and learning about my car has been a truly happy experience because I feel supported and that I am a valued customer. I didn't know that getting a new used car could be so stress free!

Excellent Service from all of the team when my Audi A1 was having some work done recently. Phil C kept in contact with me about the appointment & the work was carried out efficiently & quickly. All staff I spoke to & dealt with were lovely & helpful, thank you to all of the team. After having a major malfunction with my vehicle I took my car here as my car required specialist maintenance. I had a battle with my own private warranty company (Nothing to do with specialist vehicles) that went on for a few weeks and these guys were so helpful and understanding. They had enough room to keep my car inside and even gave me a courtesy car to use. Phil the after-sales manager was polite and cooperative throughout the works to my vehicle. He sympathised with my situation and was doing everything he could to help. They have gained a new long-term customer out of me for sure. Thanks so much to Phil, he is an asset to the company.

First class experience with fabulous customer service and after sales care from the team headed up by Tom at Specialist Vehicles. We bought our TT convertible from Elliot who was brilliant, and had a few technical issues quickly and efficiently resolved under warranty by Amanda and the team at the Service Centre. They are a local firm who pride themselves in doing things right first time in a timely and hugely professional manner, and they really look after their customers. After buying an X3 earlier this year, I returned to buy a 1 Series BMW as I was so pleased with Specialist Vehicles. The quality and professionalism of staff was good in February 2020, but over a 10 month period this level of quality has risen once again. Whether you are buying a £8,000 2nd car or an £80,000 luxury car you will receive exactly the same care. With a showroom which wouldn’t look out of place in Central London to the quality of the cars, this place lives up to the Specialist name.
