Van purchase
I bought a Ford Transit Connect van from SM Specialist cars in May and even though I can't comment on how reliable the van is because I've hardly used it since purchased it, the standard of service, the care and attention that was taken was simply outstanding. I haven't bought many vehicles in my lifetime, but from the few I've done, I've never experienced anything like this before. Shezaad (who sold me the van) was incredibly attentive, honest and decent. The price and quality of the van was excellent. I cannot recommend them enough.

Bought a used car
Excellent customer service from start to finish. I felt I was listened to and all questions were answered immediately. The communication between Stefan and myself was also excellent and when I couldn’t pick the car up, it was delivered to my workplace at no extra cost. These guys were great! I was excited to be getting the car but wasn’t expecting the experience itself to be so much fun - from the “grand unveiling” of the car itself, free taxi from the train station to pick it up - test drive and hassle free admin - awesome experience all round and would definitely recommend them!

Overall good service
Had to wait a while to get in and to be seen but was given keys for a test drive they were polite was told price was slightly negotiable on message but on the day was told it’s not negotiable came back from test drive was told there was a full service history which there is but no paper work just a bit of paper from a web site saying a service had been done and when but nothing to say what had been done or replaced can not get that info due to data protection other then that everything was good

Perfect car buying experience
The best car buying experience I've ever had.From the initial call with James to dealing with my purchase on the day with Stefan and Tanzir the whole process was relaxed and professional with all aspects of the sale made clear and easy to follow.

Purchase of Volvo V90
I purchased a v90 from Stefan on Christmas Eve. It was delivered on the 27th December. The drivers who delivered it was amazing and kept me updated with the journey.

Had a couple of minor issues with the vehicle but communication with Stefan and these issues were dealt with promptly and without any hesitation.

I am super pleased with the car and the service is first class to the point I have already recommended them to friends and a family member to purchase their next car.

There aim is 100% customer satisfaction and from my experience they deliver this in spades.

Keep up the excellent work guys and if I need to replace my car I will 100% buy my next car from these guys.

Stefan (Peugeot expert)
I had a great experience buying my van from sm specialist cars. Stefan was the sales person i dealt with and straight away felt a good connection. Stefan was clear that the van has minor marks on which I would expect anyways and they even found a dent after the sign writing was taken of and repaired it, they also serviced it with paper work as proof. Very happy with the service I was given, great set of cars on there forecourt to. Will be staying in contact when I need to upgrade my car. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

Bought used Mercedes V-Class
From start to finish SM specialist Ltd were very professional kept me updated and did everything they said they would do yo get my car ready for when I arrived to pick it up.

Great Honest Company
Bought a Nissan Quashqi 1.3 from SM Specialists from Sales Manager Stefan at the British Motor Show a couple of weeks ago. I took a chance and didnt take the car for a test drive as we would of needed to wait until the show finished, but we had a long drive back to Torquay so didnt wait. Stefan was great and reasurred me that the car has no problems. I recieved the car from SM on the friday on a back of a car trailer driven to my address which was a 5 hour drive away. The car is fantastic and i cant fault Stefan who was great from the start to delivery. I would highly recommend SA specialists cars and would buy again from them
