Fantastic, conscientious and friendly people who know their business I bought a beautiful Mazda in mid-March with the help of Ryan, who was tremendously welcoming, professional and helpful. Although I was not spending huge amounts of money, all Ryan's work and kindnesses in arranging the car purchase for me made me feel that my business was welcome and valued. I was super-excited to see and test-drive the car, and I appreciated dealing with someone who understands that buying a lovely new car is not something you do every day, and who shared my excitement.
Ryan made everything so easy, relaxed and straightforward and I really appreciated his good humour and relaxed conversation, and also the fact that he didn't complain when he got soaked and windswept multiple times in the course of my visit!
Thanks again. I so much appreciate everything done this week to organise my purchase of this smashing car. Your place of work is very different from other car dealerships where there is no personal touch, and where you're given the impression that they are indifferent to whether you buy or not. Buying a car I saw the car that I knew I liked driving on the Reed Autos website. I rang them to arrange a test drive that day. I was delighted with my experience of driving and the look of the car and so I purchased it on that day and drove it away!
Professional and Helpful Very good experience buying a used Leon from Reed Autos. Ben was professional, helpful and took the time to go over the car properly with me. I was pleasantly surprised when they took my old car as a part exchange too. Didn't feel like I was being pressured into taking out any finance or extras at any point and was able to come to a good deal. I've had the car a few weeks now and everything seems to be in great condition, would definitely consider going back next time.
Good experience I am Happy with my new car I bought a few weeks ago. The car was ready for collection at the arranged time and was very clean both inside and out. Harry Rudd was very helpful and answered any questions asked. But am supprised they don’t give a longer warranty.
Terrible I brought a vuaxhall insignia from reeds two weeks ago. The car wheels were in terrible condition and wheel cap was missing, when asked about this the sales guy was just dismissive and rude. I was ‘t Given the correct paper work and had to go back in to get the mot certificate and ask about the service history. It turned out that the car was not up to date with its services. It had been over a year and the car had 2000 miles until covering 20000 since last service. However they did offered me £50.00 pounds and tell me that it would cover the fuel filter!!!! Then they told
Me a car does not need to be serviced every year it is every 2 years and 20000 miles. The window screen has a chip in it and when I took the car back the next day they told me that the chip was too small to repair and would pass a mot. Finally they gave me two keys as advertised, however the second key they gave me was not for my car. So again I took it back and established the key given was for another car. They did have the car as having two keys and would find the second key and call me. Two weeks later and lots of phone calls and still no key. Just every time I call they are looking for it! Customer service very poor!! The guy we had Dan was rude and unprofessional and when challenged got defensive and childish. The manager I spoke to first told me his name was Samual then changed it to Edwin! Wow! Honestly worst customer service ever.
Saleswoman of the year My first experience of buying a car was full of apprehension, but I was put at ease as soon as Erica sat down and started explaining what Reed Autos could offer. She was informative, professional, and competent in her role. Her knowledge on finance options was second to none, and we cooperatively worked together to look at my suitable options. Overall, the experience was made stress free and customer service was 10/10. I am fully satisfied as a first time buyer! Thank you Erica :)

A class Hi I was looking for a car for quite some time and found the one I wanted with all the features I wanted here. I called this dealer before hand asking if there was everything ok with the car,Hpi,etc.. after one hour of driving there they told us that the car was scratched and that they can take some money off. Bit disappointing as I really liked the car. I am going have it done with my local Bodyshop. Took it for a test drive- great! Ok did all the paperwork. Very stressful. Nice coffee, sales girl was nice and helpful as well. Bought the car set on the journey had to stop and the nearest petrol station to fill up the petrol and inflate all the tyres. Also the battery in the remote was running low so had to change it as well. Gonna change floor mats too.Anyway I like the car. It drives superb. 😀
Overall could do better! We had a viewing booked for 2pm but had to wait at least half an hour before anyone came to show us the car and feel we might have waited longer if we hadn't pointed out to your receptionist we were still waiting and then the car couldn't be found so not a great start. But once Ryan appeared and the car was found things went more smoothly. Ryan was helpful, couteous and able to answer our questions. I did find lots of pine needles in the boot and marks on the driver's door trim but overall I am very pleased with the car I bought from Reed Autos.

BMW 320d xdrive M3 This is a friendly and experienced place to buy a car. The process is smooth, some things do take some time (financial transactions) but these are not completely under control of Reed Autos, I’ve got a very nice car, my Salesman Ben was top class, thank you.
Good face to face service The car salesmen themselves were polite and helpful. Cars are all looked after well, clean and tidy. The only complaint I have is not getting any paperwork for the service history of the car and not getting the car Manuel . When ringing up to ask about the Manuel they were dismissive and not concerned saying “if it’s not in the glove box then we don’t have it.” I understand they are a busy company but this ‘aftercare’ has put me off going there again or recommending to others.
Disappointed We booked an appointment to view a specific car, when we arrived we had to view car with another interested party which was extremely awkward.
We purchased the car, that night it rained heavily and in the morning on the rear passenger panel we found a large yellow patch in the paint work that was not there when we brought the car; if it had of been visible we would not have purchased the car: very misleading.
Yes, It's number 5 for me. And for my 5th purches from Reed's is a BMW M5, OMG what a car. Sales team, as usual, honest, polite, kind funny, caring and they make a great cuppa lol.
Getting a kiss on the cheek for buying a fifth car was nice but would of been better coming from a female member of staff :) . As I have said before in previous reviews for Reed's, if you want good service go elsewhere, If you want the best go to Reed Autos.
Very very good Bought a bmw through Erica and when I had problems with my car valuation she went all out to help me get the deal done. She was so helpful throughout and made this a very easy deal . Would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again
Wonderful Company! We came across Reed Autos on Auto trader and once we arrived everything was spot on. The service by Ryan was friendly and organised. We felt very welcomed yet not pressurised into making any rational decisions. The car we brought was in good condition and we are throughly happy with our purchase.
