Great service Dan was excellent and couldn’t do enough to help. No salesman pressure and was left with the vehicle alone to have a good look around. The whole process was easy and satisfactory from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
Evoque purchase Firstly, and most importantly, the car itself. Keenly priced and nicely turned out. Can’t argue with the purchase. Next the service was excellent, Harry never made me feel pressured and yet was attentive and knowledgeable. Everything from start to finish was professional and friendly. I felt I could trust the people I was dealing with. My only gripe was with the LifeShine valet and protect. The exterior was excellent but I am not convinced the interior was touched. At first glance it looked clean but when I got it home I could see the dirt in the crevices and on the leather. Now I’ll admit it was somewhat my fault getting there much earlier to pick up the car than arranged. Still not a major issue in the I used to be a car valet so a wash of the interior (surprising how much orange dust came off everything) and treating the leather and it looked as good as new. I would have done this regardless so no biggie. So I knocked a point off for that but otherwise great car and very professional organisation- - I would use again.

From the first point of contact over the phone the team at Reed Autos were helpful, attentive and there was none of the "sales pressure" that you so often come across at big dealers.
Ryan was absolutely fantastic, it was a busy day and he apologised so many times for keeping me waiting - well the wait was definitely worth it!
He showed me around the car I had chosen and then I took it for a test drive - when I came back he was stood there waiting for me and took me around the car showing me features and also allowing me to raise any points and questions.
He was open and friendly the whole time and then listened to my budget and sorted me an absolutely amazing package that came right within it.
I will definitely be going back there when I need my next car and would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new or next car to give these guys a call!

Vinu I bought the Lexus CT 200h from reed and apparently the car service was due and the Bosch centre along with the reed autos has done the service in my car.But haven’t given a service report yet.I have spoken to Harry who is sales rep sold the car to me a couple of times but he send a blank plane copy of service paper instead of the original job sheet.I have spoken to manger Mathew regarding the matter but no response so far.God know the service has done on the car or not.But book has been stamped.If they have done the service why they are refusing to give the report.Which is suspicious....Almost every day I need to call them because the car is giving me trouble it is pulling towards a side.Also I have asked them to do the works on the car which was agreed they will do it and ready at the time of collection.But sadly I have to wait an hour to collect the car because the job wasn’t done properly.Very bad communication regarding information about the car and also please check all the specs of the car because it was not the right specs on my car which they have advertised.
Very enjoyable and pain free. The sales team were very helpful though out the whole process and made sure i understood what was happening at each stage. The handover was on time which was crucial to me.

Excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave me all the time I needed and were patient. Car was presented in very good condition and was well cleaned throughout. Fantastic, conscientious and friendly people who know their business I bought a beautiful Mazda in mid-March with the help of Ryan, who was tremendously welcoming, professional and helpful. Although I was not spending huge amounts of money, all Ryan's work and kindnesses in arranging the car purchase for me made me feel that my business was welcome and valued. I was super-excited to see and test-drive the car, and I appreciated dealing with someone who understands that buying a lovely new car is not something you do every day, and who shared my excitement.
Ryan made everything so easy, relaxed and straightforward and I really appreciated his good humour and relaxed conversation, and also the fact that he didn't complain when he got soaked and windswept multiple times in the course of my visit!

Buying a car I saw the car that I knew I liked driving on the Reed Autos website. I rang them to arrange a test drive that day. I was delighted with my experience of driving and the look of the car and so I purchased it on that day and drove it away!
Professional and Helpful Very good experience buying a used Leon from Reed Autos. Ben was professional, helpful and took the time to go over the car properly with me. I was pleasantly surprised when they took my old car as a part exchange too. Didn't feel like I was being pressured into taking out any finance or extras at any point and was able to come to a good deal. I've had the car a few weeks now and everything seems to be in great condition, would definitely consider going back next time.
Good experience I am Happy with my new car I bought a few weeks ago. The car was ready for collection at the arranged time and was very clean both inside and out. Harry Rudd was very helpful and answered any questions asked. But am supprised they don’t give a longer warranty.
Terrible I brought a vuaxhall insignia from reeds two weeks ago. The car wheels were in terrible condition and wheel cap was missing, when asked about this the sales guy was just dismissive and rude. I was ‘t Given the correct paper work and had to go back in to get the mot certificate and ask about the service history. It turned out that the car was not up to date with its services. It had been over a year and the car had 2000 miles until covering 20000 since last service. However they did offered me £50.00 pounds and tell me that it would cover the fuel filter!!!! Then they told
Me a car does not need to be serviced every year it is every 2 years and 20000 miles. The window screen has a chip in it and when I took the car back the next day they told me that the chip was too small to repair and would pass a mot. Finally they gave me two keys as advertised, however the second key they gave me was not for my car. So again I took it back and established the key given was for another car. They did have the car as having two keys and would find the second key and call me. Two weeks later and lots of phone calls and still no key. Just every time I call they are looking for it! Customer service very poor!! The guy we had Dan was rude and unprofessional and when challenged got defensive and childish. The manager I spoke to first told me his name was Samual then changed it to Edwin! Wow! Honestly worst customer service ever.
Saleswoman of the year My first experience of buying a car was full of apprehension, but I was put at ease as soon as Erica sat down and started explaining what Reed Autos could offer. She was informative, professional, and competent in her role. Her knowledge on finance options was second to none, and we cooperatively worked together to look at my suitable options.
