Disgusted Just had a letter from Blue Motor finance telling me that are application for car finance has been rejected. This came a great shock to me and my wife as we hadn't applied for any car finance. After a telephone conversation with Blue Motor finance customer service it turns out that quick car credit had illegally applied for finance using our details from a previous car that we had with them. We had a phone call from quick car credit a few weeks prior to this letter telling us about a new Ford Galaxy they had in and we had arranged to go and view it. After discussing with my wife we decided not to get a new car and NEVER even viewed the vehicle and called Quick Car Credit to tell them we WOULDN'T be coming to look at it as we we're going to stick with the car that we already have with them. I've since then received this letter from Blue Motor finance stating a failed application which now will go against my credit score which i'm trying to build up so thanks for that Quick Car Credit doing a fraudulent claim in my name for a vehicle i've not even viewed and wasn't going to buy.
Went to crewe After the guy on the phone said we had been approved for a car loan me and partner travelled to crewe on the train. We got there they scanned everything over to the underwriters to find out they had declined us. Waste of journey and money. This company is a waste of your time, don't fall for it.
Terrible company disgusting service from the so called manager Bought a car from here in October... that was allegedly passed on an MOT in late September. Only present with two rubbish options and company had no cars on their website that were listed. This was insult number 1. Upon choosing a car due to being pressured to take one away I chose the Vauxhall’s Meriva. On driving away got about 10 mins away and the cars clutch went. Had to leave in A farmers field because the company couldn’t be bothered to pick it up until the following Monday. Issue was corrected and car sent back to me. Less than 2 days later I had to take to a local garage to find out the brakes had 0.00ml on the rear brakes, meaning we could have been killed in this car if I hadn’t have noticed. No way this car should have been passed in an mot so complete fraudsters. Rob was absolutely shocking with customer service and took the car back with no apology at all. Disgusting. I will be pursuing a legal route and have reported the company to vosa about the mot certificate obviously carried out with a ‘mates rates just get it passed so I can sell it’ attitude. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 quick car credit you gave my phone number and if you remove this post I will pursue everything I need to to get all of my losses back in fuel, time off work and just the pure trouble of the absolute toff you sold me.

Appalling I purchased a car from here, I have had to have a new tyre and come to find there was no locking wheel nut, which has ended up costing £100 after ringing and speaking to rob who says their cars have the proper checks and implied maybe my children have moved it which I can assure you my children are not babies so would not even contemplate moving anything from my car! And that the checks are carried out to check these kind of things and I am not happy at the way it’s being handled there is definitely NOT no locking wheel but in my car!!!! Never will I recommend anyone else to these shocking customer service
sold a death trap Unfortunately, drove all the way to quick car as was my only option for finance, to be shown two options only. Not told this on the phone and on the website plenty of cars that fit the criteria and budget given to us. That was deceit number 1. On looking at said options , picked the best of the two being the Vauxhall meriva. Damage spotted by us on the rear light cluster and some minor scratching as it was unclear in the rainy conditions. Took the car away and 5 miles down the road the clutch completely went, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. Car returned to us fixed days later to find out the brakes were 0.00ml and dangerous to drive. Sent the car back. Very rude on the phone and Vosa involved. Avoid. Dodgy. Car also in the light showed extensive damage on the passenger door quite obviously been in some sort of accident and a totally shoddy amateur paint job. Appalling for the price I was being charged.

Poor Taken since 27th of july to obtain the log book for the car I bought and only received today, car delivered with two bald front tyres, kerbed wheels and damage to the two front wheel bearings, ball joints worn out and drop links not looking well either, on the face of things their business looks legitimate and well presented but happy to prey on those in need. Request a call back it'll like take two weeks of chasing and no issues get resolved without persistent calls. Absolutely poor .
Brilliant from start to finish Neil was amazing from start to finish, found me a fabulous car, from the Wednesday I first spoke to him to the Friday morning picking my beautiful new car up! I absolutely recommend Neil to anyone!

Amazing service First time we used them not had credit for years. We found John very helpful and knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service even though we threw every hurdle possible at him. Highly recommend could not fault them.
Brilliant😁😁😁 This company was so great with us that not only did we just have our first car from there we went back to have our 2nd car aswell. They were so great with us from the off. Very informative-listened to what we wanted in a car and took note of what budget we had etc.

Questionable aftercare service Having had a car from Quick car credit for less than two weeks, a fault that was deemed nothing to worry about, was found to be more than enough to worry about. Initially the noise was noted on paperwork as requested by us, and the salesman, John said it was probably nothing to be concerned about, after a week we were not happy and after discussion with QCC and the finance company we had the car checked over at a garage we have used for over 15 years, noise turned out to be the differential and would require a gearbox refit to correct, we were also told that the power steering pump was leaking. We asked to exchange the car and were told to come up early ( as it could take a while to cancel the finance agreement and change it over) but when we got there, the car was taken to the garage they use and the result was that the power steering pump was the problem( apparently they all make a noise when turning, news to me) as it had been overfilled and needed to have some drained out. When the car was brought back this was explained to us by the mechanic, after I asked about the noise when accelerating (the differential) he admitted it was there once you got to 40-50 miles an hour( it is actually less than this) and WOULD NEED FURTHER INVESTIGATION, which I had already had done. We left after having no luck whatsoever in changing the car, and resigned ourselves to getting it fixed under the warranty. Please be careful and consider your options before purchasing a car that you don’t have much choice over and the aftercare is virtually non existent, Caveat Emptor. PS were weren’t the only ones there complaining at the time.

Great car company I have had 2 cars from quick car credit in crew . On both occasions I have received exceptional customer service. My most recent visit was 2days ago. Darren was fantastic very profestional team that go above and beyond .I went home with my dream car. By far the best car dealers I have ever been too. They have cars to suit everyone budget and really look after there customers prior and post agreement. Would highly recommend this company .I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new car ! Friendly staff I made enquiry about some finance on a car and the member of staff called John was very helpful he took some info from me over the phone and with in a couple of hours he came back to with a positive answer so after work I called in and drove away the same day in a lovely car and was very well pleased with the out come definitely recommend anyone to go and have a look what they have to offer ☆☆☆☆☆
