Friendly and helpful
This garage definitely deserves a 5 star review. Ben was extremely helpful, helped me with my finance options and for someone who hasnt done this before, he explained each step before he did it.
I was impressed with the communication and service overall with the garage, lovely car, quick turnaround and has been on hand to help with any issues. Brilliant! Will be recommending to my family and friends. Thanks so much xx

Found a car online at Paul Hart Cars. I paid a deposit over the phone to secure the car and paid and picked up the car a week later. The car had a new 12 month MOT on it and the car was immaculate on collection. Thanks guys, I’m pleased with the car. I will recommend this car place to my family and friends.

2015 Kuga
Friendly service, bought the kuga from them with no hassle and relaxed atmosphere. Slight fault on the car I bought, and without any negatives from them, it’s now booked in with them so they can fix it.

Purchasing first car !!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from this place as a first time driver !!
( sorry I can’t remember the guys name!!🙃 ) but I went to have a look at a car I seen online on Saturday and he was so nice and let me have a look at the car and other ones without hoovering over us. He answered everything I asked and didn’t pressure me or anything !! Got my details and dropped the car off at my house the Monday afternoon and even had the car valeted again !!
I would highly recommend this place !! 👏🏾

Fast and professional
Test drove fiesta and picked up later in the week. Documents were all sorted very quickly and when keys handed over fiesta was immaculate inside and out. Very smooth transaction.

1 Owner, 10-yr old Astra
Given free reign to look over it & offered a test drive (which I didn't need) & it came with 12 months MOT. Everything was perfect on the day of sale & the car was presented at its best (after a full valet service). All documentation was available to view prior to sale. Did town traffic followed by by-pass roads followed by motorway. No issues & everything functioning as it should. Well pleased, as is my wife (which is more important). Thank you & I'll be back when my daughter's car needs replacing. Would highly recommend!

Brought a car from paul Hart garage when I arrived i was greeted by Gary told him what car i wanted to look at and he give me the keys i brought the car picked it up couple days later with a 12 months mot and a service then I had a problem with it I phoned up and spoke to Ben told me to bring it back down and they sorted out the problem thank you Gary and Ben

From first point of contact, both Ben and Gary have been really helpful. They offered for me to keep my new car at the lot until I got back from holiday so it would be safe whilst I was away.
Ben also helped with taxing my new vehicle.

Great service, nice car
This is my 2nd car from Paul Hart and I'm really pleased with all of the process. I had to get a car at short notice and this was the right car at the right price. No pressure off the salesman Ben who gave me a courtesy car for 4 days which saved me a further £200. Serviced and MOTd and a lovely drive home to Widnes. I'd highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience and world class customer experience
We recently came in to purchase our son’s first car and met Gary, who helped us with queries and questions we had on the selection available. Throughout the entire visit, there was no question that Gary didn’t have the answer to and no request from us that he couldn’t assist with.
We found the perfect car and at no point were we put under any pressure to buy there and then, in fact he encouraged us to look in to insurances on the vehicles and what worked for us best as a family. After paying the deposit and whilst service and mot were being completed, Gary was in constant contact with us, ensuring that we were comfortable all the way through. The servicing team went above and beyond to make sure the car was immaculate and we have honestly just been blown away with the effort and attention to detail with the process from start to finish. We’ve already recommended the Paul Hart team to our friends who have children of a similar age and are in need of cars! Thank you again to Gary and team, you were amazing!!

Bit disappointed
Got car delivered to work which was fab ..but didnt have time to look over car properly 😢as i only had a few minutes (not dealers fault )
But Upon looking over the car there is no parcel shelf .. the back cover drivers side light is cracked and lets in rain !!
Got a flat tyre 3 days later and the machine to put glue into tyre is not compatible for the car !! So had to ring a garage to replace tyre 😢
Then tried to tax vehicle and cant because the reference number on does not match as it is too long 12 numbers instead of 11 ??
Other than that car was immaculate and love it ..

Just been to collect my car and first of all I love it! Dealt with Ben when we first bought it and since been dealing with Gary. Both really friendly and professional. my first car
lets put it this way ... i searched for my first car for about 2 + months .. on a 50 + miles radius .. didnt knew what i wanted but what i needed was less than a minute walk from my home ... sometimes the best things are hidden in plain sight . so i went to paul hart saw my car decided i want it and everyhing went smooth from there on ! im happy with my decision and my purchase and i recommend paul hart with love !
