5+ star car purchase experience
From start to end, my recent car purchase has been the very best I have ever experienced (it is my 3rd). I found Oodle Cars to be honest, transparent, upfront, flexible, helpful responsive, professional and above all, 100% customer focused. From the first call, to the test drive, the final delivery, the driver pack (12 warranty and road side cover included) I would not hesitate to recommend Oodle Cars to anyone. Cherry on the cake is it is a female started and run business, and I love the support and approach that brings - none of the patronising and judgemental approach I’ve experienced with other dealerships in the past. Fantastic experience!
I am very happy with the Vauxhall Mokka I purchased from Oodle Cars. Now I just need to get use to the Economy system and the gears, as they are closer to one another then my citreon and tend to stall. But that is me not the vehicle. Sorry guys if you are stuck behind me..

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Last month I brought a Mercedes E Class Coupe from Oddle and all I can say is how TERRIBLE the experience was. I was dealing with Dan to start with who seemed like a nice guy until he lied about the car having 2 keys it only had 1 and denied that the car was a repossession then later told my partner that it was. I liked the car a lot due to its high spec so foolishly still went to view the car. On the day that we arrived after a 2 hour journey we received the WORST customer service from David. He was unaccommodating, rude, and even accused my partner and I of money laundering because we were paying for the car outright rather than financing!!! On the test drive I noticed a pink fuzzy line on the digital dash which should not be there, I mentioned it to David who completely disregarded it the issue and told me he knows nothing about cars and that I should go to Mercedes (some car sales)!! Additionally to this I have experienced a few other problems with the car such as the cruise control which harshly breaks and speeds up when it wants to which is very dangerous while driving plus the climate control is not working properly. To top off the worst customer service experience ever I asked David if the car would be cleaned before I took it as it was dirty due to it being driving by Oddle staff and David rudely told us that WE had made it dirty!!! David also said that if it was his sale he wouldn't have sold us the car as we negotiated on the price ( very normal during buying a car) How rude is that? Both my partner and I come from motor trade backgrounds and we have never seen anything like the experience that we received from Oddle cars. I can not describe how awful the experience was with this company it really ruined my experience of buying a prestige car. They offended us terribly and handed the car over which was filthy - not what you expect when you spend best part of £30k for Mercedes!!!! Today I was due to go to work ang my car is completely dead, the whole electronics system has died and I cannot turn the ignition on let alone the engine! Clearly there was big problems with this car and they should not have sold it at all until the problems were resolved. Due to this happening I have not been able to go to work today and I have lost £500 worth of work . I am self employed so this is a big problem for me. I am so furious with the way this company have treated me and sold me a faulty car. If you can take one thing from this review is that DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ODDLE they will just take your money!!!!!

- We note with regret the review posted by “Lucy”. The car was NOT purchased by the reviewer (Lucy) but by her motor dealer employer from whom we have had no comment as this was a dealer to dealer transaction. We disagree with many aspects of her account.

Painless! Positive! Friendly! Honest!
On a Friday afternoon I called Oodle Cars because I see a car had become available that I was interested in. I spoke to a gentleman called Daniel and he explained all the relevant information on the car and advised I could go for a text drive and viewing at any time. I advised Daniel that I may pop in the next day and he said he would put the car out the front just in case.

The next day I decided to pop in and take a look, I arrived and as advised the car was on the for court looking clean and fresh ready for a viewing. I was greeted by David and he could not of been more friendlier and welcoming.

David showed me around the car and advised how Oodle work with their customers. Everything was explained to me clearly and honestly, and all questions were answered. I then took the car for a text drive and it ran lovely.

I did not expect to leave with a car, however the service I received, the absolute great condition of the car and how easy and smooth the whole visit was, I knew I wanted to take it home there and then!

In addition Oodle threw in a years’ worth of RAC warranty, a years’ worth of RAC breakdown, an up to date MOT and service.

Overall a painless, positive, friendly, easy and honest process! Highly recommend!

Friendly and Professionnal
The car seller was honest and the car transaction was rapid clear and easy.
Most of the part that ages with time on the car has been changed prior to the sail and a 1 year guarantee/road assistance is included (other car seller price this service 900 pounds in addition).

Excellent service (purchase of Mercedes Benz C class)
Great customer service - helpful, competent and very friendly! Also thank you to Dan (and David) at Oodle Cars for making my car purchase so easy! I am very happy with the new car even I found later it is not exactly to the specs touted (it was not full AMG Sport+ version of Mercedes but just has AMG body/interior). But the car was very reasonably priced, a full RAC check/service was done in advance! The RAC warranty and breakdown included was also a bonus. I would happily use Oodle cars again and recommend to friends.

Excellence to which all car dealers should follow
I purchased this remotely during Covid. The car was delivered exactly as described and with the Doodle guarantee. It is this guarantee that is more than impressive. My battery suddenly died a month after buying, and as is usual with batteries you don’t get a warning, they just die. Oodle fixed the issue no hesitation. So brilliant car, exceptional service from salesperson and they stand by their after sales guarantee. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Amazing Experience with Oodle Cars
Amazing experience with Oodle Cars. Very easy contact with one of the managers, updated me daily regarding my purchase and the process during these difficult times. Everything was outlined perfectly and all documents were sent vi email and the delivery driver. Delivery was ontime and driver was very friendly. There were scratches to the front bumper, which were difficult to see on photos. Oodle cars was notified on delivery and a quick compromise was met by them offering to pay for a paint job at a local garage, at a time that is convenient with me. Having had 2 issues with previous dealers during these covid times, regarding delivery and purchasing vehicles, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Oodle cars and their team. I have nothing but praise for their company. This was my first time purchasing a car online, which made me a bit hesitant, but their 2 week return policy put me at easy. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them as a dealership.

Good service nice cars
Very happy with the service received from OOdle cars. Friendly staff with a nice selection of cars. We viewed many dealerships and cars before setting on this one,and were surprised at how many dealers did not even clean the insde of the cars they were expecting to sell and asking many thousands for. Not the case with OOdle cars Both the inside and the outside of the cars were clean and well presented. They also come with the reassurance of being an RAC approved garage and RAC warranty . They do come with RAC breakdown that you register for after the sale but that is my only gripe ,the breakdown cover included is only the very lowest level available .You have the option to pay for the higher levels when registering for the included breakdown cover. Overall service and transaction was very smooth and easy

The representative who helped me deserves particular recognition as he was in constant communication with me and helped me through each stage step by step. Bigger Company Take Note
How nice to go to a Car Sales with the right attitude, Maybe the bigger companies should take note that every car sales man should not be pushy and then the customer will fill more comfortable about buying.
