Well run business with friendly staff
No problems with these guys, everything was straight forward, only had the car for a day, but i expect no issues as all preparation was spot on. Purchased a 2010 plate and it looked brand new. Friendly, relaxed and helpful, can't ask for more really.

Car Purchase Experience
4 yr old , 15k miles car initial enquiry with below asking price negotiated on phone prior to viewing and test drive.
Car as described upon viewing and sale agreed few days later. No issues with storing the car for a few weeks to allow me time to collect from Scotland.
All documents and servicing history present and correct on hand over. A pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend using them again

Not great
Well after leaving a positive review last week of the company I would now have nothing positive to say apart from Andy and Jason today. My father bought a car last week, I then looked at a car in the forecourt and was told we can do a double deal, however due to credit I thought I would never get the car. 3 days later I was passed and it was mine, no communication in between. Went to collect the car today with no deal what so ever, £4 fuel in the tank knowing where I lived and nothing knocked off paid full price. No refreshments offered until asked. Over £12,000 spent in 1 week and not enough care of fuel to get home ever after no discount, not a lot to ask!

I have to say we have worked very hard to get your finance placed and get the car ready for collection as promised and the car looked fantastic when it was collected. We had put 5 litres of fuel in before you collected the car as the fuel level was low but unfortunately that wasn't enough to get you home.

Easy..... like a Sunday morning
We found Oakwood on Autotrader when we were looking for a 'newish' Audi A4. They had plenty of stock all at various prices / colours and after visiting a couple of garages a bit more local to us earlier in the day and without any success we decided to drive upto Bury for a last look of the day. The car we had looked at online was in the showroom, exactly as described and looked as new. After speaking with Danny about the car and what trade in deal we could do we decided to purchase the car. This was gone 4pm on Saturday so we paid the deposit to secure the car and although we were eager to have the car as soon as possible, realisticaly it would only be ready the following week. We were kept upto date with progress on Monday and Tuesday and it was ready to collect on Wednesday afternoon. It was a smooth transaction and will recommend to anyone who is looking at purchasing a used car at a competative price.

Great place to get a used car
Olivia was really helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping us to purchase the car we wanted. She was available to communicate with via their sms service which is very useful to have. The shop is very busy though and the staff are working hard to get to all the customers. The store is also not big enough for all the cars leading to potentially long wait times for them to be dropped off from another site.

Saw a car advertised on Auto trader at Oakwood and thought it might be suitable. Met Andy at Oakwood who showed us the car and we took it for a test drive. Easy process. Paid deposit. Went to collect a few days later. Charlotte dealt with all the paperwork etc. Foundcthe whole buying process very easy and the service was great.
