    Put the deposit down for a Wrangler that I always wanted, next thing I know, Andrew changed the advert saying it was reserved and both mine and my partners name next to it. Very unprofessional and a breach of both GDPR and Data Protection Act. Very disappointed.

      Andrew was informative and helpful from the moment we spoke and able to accommodate my timeline of receiving the car, which wasn’t beneficial to him, but he was loyal to his word and kept the car for me.

      I am so happy with the car. It is a beast! The specifications are brilliant and because Andrews service was 5 star, it makes me even happier to drive it, knowing I could speak to him at any point, should I have a query.

      I would recommend to anyone wanting a specialised Jeep and will return for future business.

        The 1996 Mercedes cabriolet that I bought from Cabriolet Coupe was excellent and exactly as described. Andrew, the owner dealt with me personally and was both Proffessional and personable.                   I have now sold two Jeeps over the last three years to Andrew. The service received is second to none, I called Andrew shared pictures when I sold my first Jeep and we had a deal all executed and car picked up in two days.

                  The second time (two days ago) it wasn’t even a question of seeing pictures as Andrew knew my taste and upkeep of the Jeeps has been exemplary. I was made a fair offer, drove the car to the showroom and the entire transaction took less than 10 minutes.

                  This has now developed into a long term working relationship and I wouldn’t dream of going any where else. Thanks again Andrew much appreciated.

                            Andrew was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was actually at a car exhibition on the day I phoned to enquire about a car I was interested in, that Andrew had explained had been part exchanged for a Jeep. Andrew was so accommodating and actually exited the car exhibition earlier than he planned to let me view the car. This was especially important and helpful to me as I travelled from Derby for the viewing and would have found it particularly difficult to get to Cabrolet Couple/Jeepster in the evenings of the following week.

                            There was no hard sell and the experience was relaxed and Andrew let me and my family view the car at our leisure and take it on a test drive on our own.

                            Payment was easy through a bank transfer and Andrew also kindly arranged to tax the car for me, so all I had to arrange was the insurance.

                            Andrew was also very attentive with regards to a few queries I had after the sale and provided very prompt responses and resolutions for me.

                              Purchased a Jeep from Andrew at Jeepster a year ago, spot on knowledgeable chap that made the whole process very simple and straightforward for us.
                              Personally delivered the car to us too as we are fairly local.
                              A year later we had an issue, we called Andrew too see where we stood and were bowled over by the continued help from him to rectify the problem.
                              I have to say absolutely outstanding service from an independent dealer. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never had such good service.
                              In the retail game myself and whilst we strive for 100% we never quite achieve it but it’s when we fail and how we deal with the problem after that counts!

This was not the case with Andrew, who has helped us with further upgrades and recommended products and services. No question to him has been too silly or was something that he couldn't help us with. Our new Jeep is a stunning vehicle that has been modified beautifully. Andrew's wife even designed the amazing interior (which has been commented on by our friends). It has been described as both a Battle Tank and a Fun Grenade! I can't wait for summer to arrive and use this awesome convertible to its full potential! I'm very happy to highly recommended the knowledge and skills provided here and hope that many more will enjoy these fantastic vehicles.
