                Car buying can be a pleasure.
                Very impressed with my visit to Hilton car supermarket they had a very good range of cars and I wasn't hindered by any salesman as I looked around until I found something that I was interested in as soon as I made an inquiry I was met by Leon a very polite and friendly salesman who explained everything about the car right down to the smallest detail at no time was I put under any pressure and came away very happy with my purchase I would definatly recomend a visit if you are looking for a new car.

                  I got to the garage to sign logbook, they never had one. Went to post office to sort this and tax the car to find out it had no MOT. On the way home realised back and front headlight was out and one brake light. Wheel bearing is going, two gauges in two tyres and the water pump is leaking. Will never go back after this experience for my first car.

                    I've waited 2 hours for my car delivery because of poor communicating salesmen. The after sales service is precarious. Too bad, but I won't be promoting this company to my friends even though the initial salesman was wonderful.

                      Avoid at all cost!
                      I bought a second hand car from Hockliffe branch in July. A month later (580 miles to be exact) the gearbox and rear brakes packs in. I contacted the Hockliffe branch who said they will pick the car up the next day and sort the problems out. 5 weeks later and numerous unanswered phone calls later, my car is still sitting outside my house! Hockliffe branch has got no customer focus attitudes whatsoever and to be totally ignored is beyond understanding. My next step is to get legal advice as this is causing unnecessary stress on me and my family as we have had no means of transport for the last 5 weeks. AVOID HOCKLIFFE BRANCH AT ALL COST!

                          Went to Hilton car supermarket to look at a 61plate xf car ,was sold so I spoke to Malik he sourced me a 64 plate for not a lot more with only 26000 miles on the clock . Would absolutely recommend Hilton cars no pressure good sound advice and would recommend any one thinking of buying a nearly new car go speak to Malik , once again thank you Malik great job am thrilled with my new car
