    Felt compelled to write a review after the experience we had. Me and my partner viewed the car on the Saturday and both fell in love with the car (BMW 530D XDrive), it was in beautiful condition inside and out. We met Stuart who showed us around the car, explaining the extra features. He also gave us time to look around the vehicle on our own, which was a nice touch. We decided there and then the car was for us, he went through the finance options and a few days later we picked up the car! From start to finish it was a fantastic experience, would happily make the 2/3 hour journey again to buy a car from Stuart & his brother again!

      Audi TTS I phoned up to enquire about this car and then showed up for a look and a test drive. The car was stunning inside and out, absolutely spotless. Had a test drive in it and it was great. I explained I was two weeks away from having the funds and that was no problem, £100 deposit was good enough to hold the car, and I noticed the advert on his website was changed to deposit taken straight away and the auto trader advert removed. There were no sales tactics at all and I was left alone to look it over as well. The day of purchase came and Stuart even offered to pick me up as I was about 15 miles away, however I had arranged for a friend to give me a lift. The transaction was easy and Stuart set up my tax and insurance on his PC. He explained the 6 month warranty and printed out its full Audi service history and I was all good to drive away. As you can imagine I've spent a few days doing a lot of driving and the car is exceptional. I didn't even haggle the price as I believe I have a very good quality car from a very reputable dealer.               Excellent service from Stuart, the help I recieved went above and beyond what I would expect from any car dealer or main dealer. No pressure sales and the quality of all the cars in the showroom were impeccable, hats off to James, the car was that clean and well prepped I didn't want to take it out of the showroom! I'm one for aways seeing a car in the flesh before buying, but after seeing the standard of cars on offer here, I really wouldn't hesitate agreeing a purchase without seeing it first, they are honestly that good.. go see for yourself! Very happy with my purchase and when I need to change cars in the future, I will hope Stuart has the model I'm looking for as I know I won't be let down.

                Travelled 2 1/2 hours to view this car and wasn’t disappointed. The vehicle was in excellent condition, professionally valeted, and exactly as described. Stuart and James were a pleasure to do business with, no pressure sales just good old fashioned honesty and courtesy. Exactly what you would expect from a family run business with individuals who are extremely passionate about top quality cars. An hour later I was driving home with a huge smile on my face in my new car. Traded in my vehicle, and was given a very fair price. Cannot recommend highly enough, truely 5 star experience.                     From start to finish I was very impressed with the service. I’ve searched for many months for a fully loaded 435D Xdrive GC and found it here. I travelled 200 miles and took 4 trains to get the car and wasn’t disappointed. The car was by far the best presented I have ever seen. Absolutely spotless and everything you want when purchasing a high end car. All of their stock was immaculate. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or go back to this garage 10/10

Everything was handled professionally and they even delivered car to me personally. There was no pushy sales pitch, they let the quality of their vehicle sell itself to me with their superb attention to detail! My Partner collected the car for me and was well looked after during the whole sale. They even sent me a video so that I could see my car leaving their showroom which I thought was an amazing little gesture!                                                                   The photos and videos of the car were excellent and showed to car to be immaculate and I can absolutely positively say, it was flawless. I was very comfortable looking around the car and was offered a torch and mat to kneel on to look under the car properly. At no time did I feel under pressure and the whole experience was very laid back. All the cars in the showroom looked pristine. You can tell that these brothers are proud of their business. The seller was very knowledgeable of all this cars features and he made me feel very relaxed. The test drive route was good and demonstrated the car well. I wanted to part exchange my car and they offered me a very good price for it. I felt like these guys were honest and it was a pleasure doing a deal with them. The car prices reflect the quality of what they are selling, completely worth it. I traveled 80 miles to view this car and I’m glad I did. I would 100% recommend buying from them.

                                                                        Absolutely Brilliant, it was a wet and windy day and all the cars were inside nicely laid out, the showroom was clean and tidy . We was welcomed by Stuart who showed us the models we had in mind. We looked at a BMW X3 M Sport in the morning then phoned Stuart for a test drive in the afternoon, then bought it on Monday. I’m a great believer that people buy from people and Stuart was genuine guy, very helpful and made the purchase very easy, he even stayed late so I could pick it up Monday evening.                                                                           BMW 1 Series M Sport, Estoril Blue. If any potential buyers from Essex Automotive have doubts regarding the photos and descriptions of their stock ....... Don’t! These guys really know how to present a car and really know how to buy superb used examples for re sale. Every single car they stock is pristine inside and out thanks to their on site detailing. I saw an ad for the car I was after and arranged a viewing. Wow, this car looked newer than new! Although it is 4 years old, it is immaculate to the finest detail. Even the engine bay looked amazing. Stuart showed me around the car, gave me the paperwork to study and I paid my deposit. I picked the car up 2 days later and am one happy motorist. There was no pushy sales talk and nor should there be as the vehicles on sale virtually sell themselves. The after sales service is second to none also. (Stuart even purchased a set of new wiper blades for me even though I’d had the car a week!) Thanks Essex Automotive, loving the car!

                                                                                      Traveled to see a M5 at Essex Automotive and when we got there you could tell these brothers had a true passion for what they do. One was detailing a new car they had in stock with meticulous precision. The car that I had gone to see was in amazing condition and I instantly knew I was going to purchase it. At no point did either of the chaps try to hard sell the vehicle, very down to earth friendly team with a great range of cars to choose from. If I would go for another car my first choice would be to reach out to these chaps again to try and source for me. One final thing, the fact that they park the cars on mats and not on the epoxy floor just goes to show how much effort they put in the detail of having the cars above market standard to satisfy their customers. Keep up the great work guys you truly are a credit to your industry.

Stuart and his team are complete professionals. The price was very reasonable and communications prior to my visit (I travelled all the way from Yorkshire) was helpful, Knowledgeable and very friendly, non pushy. The car was exactly as described, and had been detailed (Hi James..;) prior to my inspection. Stuart and his team, didn't sell me a carThey helped me buy one. !! After an extensive test drive in which Stuart explained the many features on the car I was left to make a decision in my own time. I then purchased the car from this family run business and it has to be said the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish.
