Worst company ever
Because this company is incapable of doing paper work properly,
My family have just had to pay a £500 bill for a car we sold to them over a year ago!
When asked they lied and said they would deal with the situation but they hid away and let a family take the wrap

Don't use
Bought a fiat 500l from here last April. Service was impressive for the sale however, they never sent off the v5 for old car so we keep getting speeding and parking fines. Then this car has done nothing but cost us money, about 3 grand so far. Garage said we've been sold a duff car. Contacted Yanis who could not careless. After service DISGRACEFUL

Buyer BEWARE ! Cars not very well maintained.
I purchased a Volvo V40 just over 2 months ago from Cavectra Centre for £10,000 and it such a short time I have had to replace 2 tyres which were badly damages, replace all brake pads and discs and replace the clutch. All this work has set me back £1,500. Surely Cavectra should properly service and sell all their cars without so many defects.
Of course the warranty they provide will not cover any of the work I required 🙄
Awful experience with this car sales establishment and obviously I won’t ever purchase there again.

Yiannis and Ricky, and the team, great guys, go out of their way to help us with our new car we purchased off them. Even loaned us a courtesy car while they can fix ours up. Over and above expectations. 10 out of 10. Thanks guys tho we would have liked the maserati for courtesy haha.

Purchase of S-Max Titanium
A very easy, swift purchase. Finance arranged with ease and car bought. Collection was arranged around Jubilee weekend. I had a nightmare getting down to Grays, because delivery was not possible, Yianni (sorry if spelt wrong 😞) reimbursed my train fare there and then! Thanks, I would definitely use again.

Outstanding customer service
Absolutely recommend Carvectra! Went above and beyond our expectations . When we went to pick up the car there were a few issues that we were not happy with. Ricky listed these down and promised us that he will sort all the issues out and arrange to have the car dropped to us. The car was then delivered to us with a full tank. We noticed a couple of other issues thereafter and Ricky asked us to resolve these ourselves and he reimbursed the costs.
We are now really happy with the car and the amazing service provided.
We have not come across any car sales companies like Carvectra who provided an exceptional service.
Thank you very much and with out a doubt will use them again when we need another car! 😊

Great cars, Brilliant service.
Just purchased a car from here today, the service was great from the start, Ricky met me on site first, he lets you just get on with having a look around, no pressure or pushy sales, once I decided on a car I explained to Ricky I would need the car ASAP as I had a baby due in the next few days, and he literally jumped up took the keys and ran out the door to get the car to the garage for MOT, you just will not get that kind of service anywhere these days, didn’t get the woman’s name but I paid a deposit that day and she was very friendly again and helpful. 2 days later the car has a new MOT with advisory’s taken care off, a full service. Yannis was there today to take care of final payment and paperwork, all was handle very quickly and confidently, breakdown cover sorted and warranty all sorted, we was in and out very quick, and car was cleaned spotless for us. The lot has a wide range of great cars, I went to look at one I found online and wanted to buy 3 other cars they had in stock. Great team, will definitely come back in future, I even told Ricky what car I will want in a couple of years and he said give him a call at the time and he will find one for me. Always happy to help! Worth a visit, glad I found the place.

Yiannis and Ricky made the whole process simple. They bent over backward sorting out all the niggles found on the test drive and MOT. They even managed to get me 2nd key. The only issue that I found was they didn’t make me aware there was no service history or user manuals with the car.
That aside I would recommend them to buy from.

Very good experience buying a used car
Bought a used car from Cavectra for my daughter. Car we bought had only just come in and had not been prepared but Ricky was still happy to show us around and allow a test drive. We agreed to purchase the car and Ricky promised a full tank of fuel when we picked the car up. On the day we picked up the car it was spanking clean with a service and 12 months MOT
The promised full tank of fuel was not there. No problem we filled up and Carvectra repaid us on line over the phone.
We have a couple of small niggles with the car , again no problem Carvectra informed and are happy to look at this on a day of our choice
I would have no problem buying from this dealer again

Excellent customer service and communication
BMW X6 purchased - December 2021

I can highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Cavectra Centre both Yiannis & Ricky were a pleasure to deal with.

From the start all my questions were answered promptly, I was able to test drive the vehicle alone which reassured me the car was in good order (some dealers will insist on coming with you which I feel can distract from the things you want to check for when driving the car).

Cavectra Centre went the extra mile for me whilst awaiting collection day, Yiannis kindly agreed to get the wheels painted gloss black at my request prior to me picking up, which saved time for me not having to do that at a later date!

Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate buying from here again in the future!!

I cannot recommend this dealer enough. 10/10 quality of service

After many weeks of hunting for the ‘perfect family car’ i was mucked about by so many dealers, until I was introduced to Cavectra Centre, Grays.

I enquired about the car i was interested in, and within a few days was able to secure the car in a seamless process.

The staff have gone above and beyond to ensure everything was made perfect for me, as their were a few minor ‘dinks and scuffs’ which i wanted to be looked and sorted at NO EXTRA COST, as part of the agreed sale.

They have done everything that was promised and i couldnt be happier.

In particular, Ricky is a fantastic salesman and provides a very personable service which has made it all that more stress free and enjoyable..

Also a young gent by the name Yannis, he has been extremely helpful when called on, so much so, we are currently looking to purchase another car using Cavectra Centre as my partner and I have been over the moon with the whole process.

The last thing i will add is that this dealer, is a trustworthy and very reliable dealer - which is few and far between these days !!

Looked after
Came down to look at a car I wanted but unfortunately the previous owner left it in a bit of a state, which was obviously no fault of the dealers. These guys wrote down a list of everything that needed doing to make it good as new, two weeks later they did it no questions asked. They have been friendly, helpful and well mannered and have made my first time buying through a dealer a very good experience 👍.

Terribe Experience
If I could put 0 stars I would have.

This company took a deposit of £250 to hold a car for us and promised to hold this car on numerous occasions. However, they sold the car to another customer and informed us afterwards.

Continuous lies from sales staff via telephone and whatsapp messages. Do not waste your time on dealing with this company.

Amazing!
Just purchased a new Kuga from Cavectra, we had two minor issues with it which were dealt with straight away. They went above and beyond to help us by collecting the car, sorting the minor issues and returning it afterwards. Their customer care is first class. We would definitely use them again.

Problem after problem after problem....
After buying a high end car for £28,000 from this garage I have had nothing but problems and a complete lack of customer service. One hour before the car was going to be delivered (I'm approximately two and a half hours away from the garage) I was informed that it had a major fault-as it was being delivered imminently I had already changed insurance cover etc. I then had a very long wait over the Christmas period whilst this was sorted. When the car was eventually delivered many weeks later I noticed immediately that it had a rattle and made Cavectra aware. They ok'ed a local garage having a look and said that they would pay for up to two hours of labour. I then had to call and chase for several weeks to get this payment and in the end I had to pay it myself and try and claim the money back. The local garage were unable to fix the fault.
When my car was delivered Cavectra took over my courtesy car and had this in their care for several weeks. I have now found out that the car was returned damaged to Enterprise by them with a repair bill of just over £400 which Cavectra has refused to pay. Four months down the line I still have a car that is faulty and a dispute that does not look like it is going to be settled any time soon. The car is now booked in again to be fixed with the inconvenience that this will cause me and the cost of a courtesy car that will need to be covered. I have asked just to have a full refund for the car so will see what happens. I feel that they have taken advantage of the fact that I am a woman on my own and know very little about cars. I am surprised about how badly I have been treated as other reviews are so positive.

Very good service

Fantastic
My family have a long history with cavectra centre never had a problem. Always a nice experience to visit the shop. Child friendly if you take your child along. Always there if you need something. Greeted within seconds of walking on the car court. Thanks to mick Jess ash and kush for always putting up with me when wanting a new car. Would really recommend to first time drivers and experienced drivers. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
