A new car!
We have been using Blue Auto for some years having our cars serviced and Mot'd. Last year my husband bought a new car from Blue Auto which we have been really pleased with. When i decided to update my car, Blue Auto was the first garage I went to. Ben listened to my wish list and showed me 4 cars that fitted! I am thrilled with the one I bought. Professional but friendly people
I initially went to look at a Skoda estate car but with mobility issues decided that a saloon or estate car were no longer a viable option for me. The choice of great quality, competitively priced cars and friendly but professional team were able to assist me alternate options and I settled on a very nice SUV.
The service, communication and efficiency were excellent from beginning to end, with an extremely satisfying experience that made it easy for me.

Great service and great car

Dealt with by Ben - extremely professional and relaxed persona which I like, but got the job done. I’m not interested in what I’d call ‘flannel’ when purchasing a product. I know what I went there for and wanted to do a deal. Ben recognised that and we wrapped it up quickly and efficiently, both parties happy with the deal. Amazing!!!!! From start to finish Bluauto were brilliant, we dealt with Ben @Bluauto and he was fantastic, he was professional honest and made the whole experience a pleasure. Buy a new car.
Buying a new car is a big decision and not to be made lightly. Bluauto made it one of the easiest and painless experiences I have ever had. They are there to help through any problems. I had a private plate to transfer, and they did it all for me.
I would recommend the service package,it just takes all the hassle of trying to remember when to service and MOT the car,so you can just relax and enjoy it.
There is no pressure or hard sell at Bluauto, I would recommend it to anyone.
I would just like to thank the staff for being so helpful ☺️.

Delighted with the car & service from Bluauto
I have to say I have been absolutely delighted with the service from the team at Bluauto. From the day I first met them to view the car through to getting the car, the team have been responsive, courteous and kept me up to date. We had a small niggle with the car (sensor not working) so they took it back, ran diagnostics and got the problem fixed. Throughout the team kept me informed of developments. They also provided me with a courtesy car as I was car-less having already sold my old one. I am absolutely delighted with the car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluauto. :)
