Terrible Aftersales Service
Please check all documentation and keys when buying a car from this company as I bought one and i stay in Aberdeenshire so met the delivery driver half way and waited 5 weeks for a service book as not in car and after numerous texts and excuses and when it arrived it was full service history as stated in the advertisement. Was told Audi stored them so contacted them and got 2 services, and two in the book,on response all i got was the guys brother who had the car before serviced it and couldn’t stamp the book, no excuse why advertise an expensive car with full service history without it! You know why this is because its not worth the money you pay for it if its part service history And also the car was advertised as 2 keys only got one on delivery! After 9 weeks still no key even though they said they had it and would post it every week an excuse! Its with the guy key! The salesman has it ! Disgusting aftersales service god knows what would of happened if the car broke down and I needed a repair under warranty, all i got was calm down you will get it or ignored for days, so the matter has been raised by trading standards, i was told by the company if im not happy to drive the audi all the way back probably at my expense and he will swap back cars and give me my money back, the car is not the problem its the companies lack of aftersales customer service if you have a problem!

Highly recommend!!
I want to thank the staff at betterthenpartex for going above and beyond to help me get my dream car, They worked tirelessly and stayed later then their working hours so i could take it away the same day. The after care was and still is incredible. I have never had such a positive experience when buying a car and will defiantly be returning for further purchases. I can not thank them enough for all of their effort. I came away with a amazing deal on my amazing car. I highly recommend betterthenpartex hands down my best car buying experience!

What a great buying experience and fantastic company. Car was presented immaculately and test drove a couple of times before purchase. Every time I turned up I was helped straight away by the smiling staff and was walked through the finance options very quickly and easily. Car was a great price and finance rates were low so all happy. All sorted in a day and collected next day and loving car. Thanks Shane and the team and would recommend to all.

I have nothing but praise for Betterthanpartex Limited. Shane held the Mercedes I wanted for a whole 3 weeks as I was going abroad to get married. During this time he and his colleague Ben arranged for the brake calipers to be re-painted the colour I wanted and added the AMG stickers I'd asked for too, at minimal cost. Shane was also very quick to reply to any text messages I'd sent during this preliminary period. By the time I'd returned, the car was immaculately prepared and ready for collection at the time previously specified. He gave me 'top dollar' in part-exchange for my old Mercedes and kept to his word on all counts (which many other car dealerships will rarely do). Thank you once again guys. You've rekindled my faith in car dealerships! I now have the pleasure of owning/driving what I believe to be the car of my dreams for now.

I part exchanged my car in with betterthanpartex last week and have to say the experience from beginners to end was seemless, nothing too much trouble, everything I requested was honoured and all without any questions. They even let me take the vehicle home for three hours to let the wife have a drive and get a feel for the car with just me and her being in the car.
