I found Avili Motors to be direct, open and honest it made the purchase of my second hand vehicle a very simple and stress free process as I was allowed to look round the car at my own time without being pressurised, quality cars at fair prices.

Great car buying experience
Had our new Kia Sportage from Avili Motors for a week now and absolutely delighted with the vehicle and service from David.
Vehicle was well priced and well prepared on viewing time. David never made us feel under pressure and was knowledgeable about their stock.
New car was valeted, MOT'd and Serviced before we picked it up. More importantly, it was ready when they said it would be ready.
In summary, great vehicle, great service and great company. I will recommend this dealer to everyone who’s looking for a quality car, great service and easy buying process and happily buy from them again. Thank you Avili Motors and thank you David for the excellent service and beautiful car. They Customer service is second to none.

Trust and Patience
I bought a VG Golf. I have been driving a manual car for some 20 years so was hesitant to test drive an automatic. I asked him to test drive the car for me while I sat and he took me to my local garage to check it out as well. Car in good condition and did HPI check on his computer from fresh. Nice and friendly man and was not pushy. I got some money off and I part exchanged my old car and got a 2 year warranty on the car I bought. I would have liked to pay less for the car but I can't have everything. Good service

Very warm and friendly family dealer, from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked away with the keys. We looked at a few of there cars at different price points and I was amazed at the quality and care they have over there cars. The engines are clean and we done general checks and there was nothing wrong, took the cars for a test drive and they performed amazingly, they was so responsive and the gear changes was smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fair price for quality a very rare find and I'm glad I walked in there today.

I highly recommend Avili Motors, for their professional, courteous approach and friendly staff. Communication was faultless throughout my car purchase and nothing was too much trouble. The manager made every effort to ensure everything was just right for me and clearly values his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage. *Update... Having had issues while braking (significant vibration and full on wobbling through the steering wheel) I returned twice to get it checked out - they said the brakes were new when I bought the car but I felt there must be an issue. They were reluctant to agree there was an issue (despite it being obvious and the steering wheel shaking like a jelly!) but did replace the brakes again, and they said, found a slight warping of the discs. They also changed a tyre as thought it might be that. The vibrations continued and when I took to another garage they said cheap aftermarket brakes had been fitted and the discs, again, were warped. More new brake discs and pads from the second garage, now feels like a new car, and feels much safer. Can't fault Avili's service but post purchase was disappointing. Have reduced rating from 5 to 4 stars for this. It would be less but to be fair I didn't return a 3rd time which I perhaps should have done!

Efficient service
Friendly staff, very efficient service. Within 2 hours all the paperwork was done, a new MOT had been completed and I drove away happy in my new car. Great care is taken in cleaning all their cars to a very high standard!

Small but mighty car dealer.
A very warm welcome from the owner who was very helpful from the start. From the information I gave him he helped me get the perfect car for me. We checked it the old school way which he was very happy for us to do, we took it for a test drive with the owners son who was also very helpful in our choice. I would recommend this small family business to anyone from a new driver like myself to a very experienced one. It’s the small things that make a purchase feel right and amazing. I bought a BMW 1 series October 2018 and can Honestly say the service I Received from David at Avilo Motors was Remarkable I seen the car on the internet and Travelled from Leicester to view The car was Everything I had seen online The price and the whole package was Good 12 months MOT and 12 Months Road Tax and 4 new Tyres I took David to be a Fair and Honest Man and Delivered the package as Agreed ,However we Also agreed than He would Deliver the car by Transport the following week The car was Driven from Luton to Leicester by Driving and not Delivered by Transport as agreed I was informed that the Transporter was Broken Down that Day I really would have liked to get a Bit of Fuel money Back as car was ’Running on fumes’ and Needed fuel straight Away But nothing was offered . Would I buy Another car from David The answer would be yes without a Doubt I would raise the Question about The car Transporter and Hopefully the price of my Next car would be a little Bit cheaper .....

Exceptional service, great cars
From the very first encounter (my missed call was returned and all my questions answered), my experience at Avili motors was exceptional. Great service, Good choice of cars, was quoted finance figures and decision over the phone with in 5 minutes. Did ring them around 10 am. and drive a way my new car same day in the afternoon. Very honest and helpful. Condition of the vehicle was as advertised and describe over the phone. I never thought that it could be that simple and easy. Would never go anywhere else than here. They were really helpful It was just the way they follow up assistance with you. they helped me through everything, went the extra mile to help me with this. My credit its not a great i was in 3-4 other dealership no one could help me but they was keep holding me and was keep promising empty promises, when i called to Avili Motors and explained them my situation they didn't promise any think, all they said that they can try for me, David a sales manager was great also Charlie a sales man was very helpful. They done excellent job from start to finish, I did drive a way my new car after 48 hours i did contact to them. Thank you. Now I know where to go for my next car and where to send my friends and family

Very nice place with very nice people. Extremely helpful from start to finish. They did a much more than i was expecting, especially David, considering I was buying a second hand car with not great credit history at all, they done it they best to keep the interest rate as low as possible.
