Helpfull, friendly and genuine service.
Great service from start to finish. Had a 4 hr drive to go and see the car, so asked if there was anything I should be aware before travelling that distance. Sent me a video detailing even the smallest blemish on paintwork. Gave me the confidence to go take a look.

Excellent Experience Excellent Car
I have to say, out of all the times I’ve purchased a second hand car (and I’ve bought quite a few in my time) this purchase has to be, by far the best I’ve ever experienced. It was like buying a car off my best mate, who was selling his pride and joy. These guys were very engaging, very knowledgeable, very honest and not pushy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vettura Motors and when the times comes I would be certainly looking through their site for my next car…. However I love my car too much to be considering that yet. Competitively priced vehicles and Great service
I was well impressed by the quality and price of the vehicle I purchased and the price given for my vehicle in part exchange. VW Passat R Line estate.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic it was a strange way of buying a car (click & collect) but made easy thanks to Vettura. We had a small problem with a sensor not working which was sorted out quickly and all costs covered by Vettura themselves.
We would highly recommend them if your looking for a new car and we would definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased an Audi TTS Roadster
My experienced summarised:

The actual purchasing of the car and getting finance agreed = Was happy with this, very easy process and for ease I do recommend.

Delivery of the vehicle = Could have been better. It was snowing so I understand the car would have not been clean after a 150 mile drive from Sheffield to London but the car was dropped to me with a gash in the front passenger side tyre and the rim had been slightly scraped (this looked like it had been done on the journey) – I would much rather the car have been dropped to me in an enclosed trailer.

Condition of the vehicle = Generally speaking, was good and as seen in the photos. However, the vehicle was dropped to me without a passenger far side exhaust trim so I had to obtain this from Audi parts directly to then get reimbursed by Vettura Motors (I was reimbursed £62 against the £64.14 I laid out, but I didn’t complain over £2.14 as not a big deal)

Communication = Stefan is a decent guy and clearly a hard worker and made the process of purchasing the car very smooth for me, however, I do feel I was misinformed about my V5C logbook. On 2 occasions (10th February when purchasing the car and then again on 7th March) I was told that applications were made online to transfer me as the registered keeper of the car. After 5/6 weeks I had received nothing after checking my mailbox on a daily basis so I then chased DVLA only to be told they did not have any record of any applications with my name against the vehicle. I called up Vettura Motors office on 17th March who then made the application on the phone with me after I had raised concerns over not receiving it still and was then sent proof of the application, finally, and I received my logbook 3 days later – This should not have taken 6 weeks!

On a final note – I am still waiting on my car handbook to be delivered to my address, as promised 😊

All in all though, with the above points mentioned, I am now in ownership of a beautiful Audi TTS Roadster that I am enjoying very much and am looking forward to using this spring/summer!

Great experience from 400 miles away !
As I live 400 miles away from Vettura Motors it took quite a leap of faith to spend the guts of £20k on a car I hadn't physically seen before. Having recently retired after 8 years as a Jaguar salesman I had experienced the best and the worst of car salespeople and I have to say the guys at Vettura are certainly in the 'best' category as far as my experience is concerned. Every contact I had with them whether it be by text, email or phone was professional, honest & open. Stefan and a colleague took valuable time out of their dealership to drive my lovely Jaguar XE right to my door in Aberdeen and then drive straight back to Sheffield again all in one day. Due to Covid it was very frustrating that I couldn't shake Stefan's hand let alone offer him a cup of tea or coffee !

All in all I would certainly use Vettura Motors again without hesitation.
