Mini Countryman.
Bob phoned me almost immediately when I requested a test drive. He was helpful and efficient and as a result the transaction had a positive outcome. My only reservation on the overall experience would be that the car was barely valeted on collection. I have seen cars much better prepared in much less prestigious garages. The engine bay in particular was most unimpressive with cobwebs and dust being the overall impression. If fact I prepared the car which they took in part exchange better . However I did work for Grays Ford in Guildford in my youth preparing new cars for the showroom.

Very good
We travelled from Swindon to look at a Peugeot 5008 and I put a deposit down, then collected weekend after. I bought the car for my partner but the car needed a parcel shelf and wheels needed a little touch up for my liking. Todd sorted these out for us with no issues and dealt with us from start to finish and nothing was a problem to sort. When we collected the car all was ready and no problems, they even text week later to check all ok. Would recommend this company to others.

Excellent Service
I recently bought my new car from the Family Car Centre.
From the first enquiry through to collection their customer service was excellent and helped me through all the stages. At this time when we are unable to test drive or view cars Bob created some very detailed videos of the inside and outside of the car to assist me in making my decision to buy. They offered a fair price to trade in my existing vehicle and the transfer of this and collection of new car was stress free and very efficient.

Not such a good experience
Unfortunately given a low rating due to many frustrations experienced from beginning to end culminating in the car I had collected breaking down as soon as I got it home. We then had to arrange our own tow truck to take the car back to the garage as they were too busy with other customers to arrange one for us.

Sales Manager Hi Linda, We are deeply sorry you experienced a problem with your car when you got home. This is not something we could have foreseen and when we heard about this, our member of staff that was working called our manager who said that we should refund the transaction without any hesitation. You didn't have any home recovery so we covered the cost of this but did request you called them as there was only one member of staff in who was with 2 sets of customers at the time who were also getting impatient with him. Sorry again for your issue and how it was handled, I can assure you none of us here wanted this to happen to you, especially when you got it home for the first time. I really hope you can forgive us moving forward and that you have now sourced a suitable replacement.

Nothing was to much trouble
Couldn't really believe that the car, though six years old, only had 7000miles recorded. It was presented, valeted,and serviced. I drove away with a full tank of petrol. The family car company, well I would go back to them again.

How to make an OAP feel like a cougar.
Driving past the family car Centre I saw a beautiful Nissan juke . WOW. I just had to enquire about this. Thomas was the main person I saw. But everyone on the sales team and the service department were so friendly and helpful. From a car that had no modern features. I now have a car that totally baffles me. But I KNOW that all I have to do is ring the sales team and they will enlighten this OAP. I have no doughts that they will do everything in their power to make sure I not only understand my car but I will enjoy being a cougar. Well done all.

Arranged to see a Toyota GT86
And met Tom Sorfleet
Very professional and friendly service and no problems arranging a test drive.
The Auto box( I know who buys a GT86 with an auto) option was just not quite for me and I went away to think about it.
Well someone else bought it instead that afternoon so alls well that ends well

Great experience buying a car here. Was quickly greeted by Alfie who provided some useful & honest advice. After going around to browse all the cars available, without prompting Alfie and Ben had condensed my requirements & comments to make a suggestion which turned out ideal. Went out for a test drive to be sure before purchasing, then later met Alfie again a week later to collect the car. The whole process felt pressure-free, honest & accommodating.
