Friendly and Efficient
Thanks to Callum and Martin for sorting out my recent purchase. Living in South Wales, most of my interaction was over the phone. On the day I travelled to Norfolk, to complete the purchase, everything was ready for me and in order. Car as described. Presented perfectly. And most importantly, delighted with my car.

Dylan was first class !

Excellent Best Used Car Company I ve Used
I have had many Vehicles over the years with this company all have been brilliant and all have had a warrantee. 6 months in with this one the cambelt went... Stebbings Breakdown assist got me home! Stebbings Service Team sorted it! Brilliant Thankyou Philip and the team!
Yes you can buy cheaper!..... But you will not buy better! Complete peace of mind!

Knowledgeable and helpful sales staff
Martin at Stebbings went above and beyond to help me, securing the car I wanted and completing the purchase and pick-up in super quick time. I would definitely recommend Stebbings for viewing and purchasing a car. I was left alone to view and test drive an Audi A5 with no hassle from any pushy salesmen. Car was faultless and ready for collection on time as arranged. Just a couple of things that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The car was NOT a one owner as advertised on their website so check the V5 before purchasing and I did wonder why there was a horse in their car park? That would be for the cowboy fitter who crudely forced 2 big screws through the rear number plate straight into the rear tailgate, distorting the metal underneath the number plate!! He/she didn't bother using the original screw hole plugs or even pre drill the holes so when I fitted my private plates, I had to sort out the mess of flattening the chewed up surface of the holes and then cover them to make them waterproof! Not very professional.

Amazing

One of the most honourable family run car dealers
If you looking for after-sale support look no further - I was extremely impressed with the sales process no pushey attitude from start to Finish, a lengthy test drive unaccompanied was hugely helpful to get the right feel for a car - from agreeing a price to collection everything went as planned.
Unfortunately just over six months down the line started having some knocking noise coming from the engine and after speaking to my local BMW specialist was told that the rods were knocking and had damaged the crankshaft and would require a new engine costing upwards of £9000. With full BMW history I was shocked to say the least - having taken out one years warranty provided by auto protect when purchasing the car from Stebbings I thought this would be covered but when their evaluator came out he put it down as wear and tear which at 69,000 miles on a fully serviced BMW is unacceptable. I tried my insurers for help and they said mechanical is not covered and contacted BMW who couldn’t help - this became an extremely stressful situation with no car for business for over 6 weeks- thankfully as a last hope I sent over one email to Stebbings and Rich in servicing really was amazing. He said they are a Family run business and wouldn’t want to see any of their customers in this terrible situation he arranged the next day for my vehicle to have a fully reconditioned engine at their local engine restoring experts at a very fair contribution from me of £2.5k saving me around £6k with a courtesy car during the whole repair - I couldn’t have asked for more any questions I had were answered clearly and quickly, I was always kept up to speed on the repair and when the car was ready I was delighted. The car runs like new now and back to better than when I purchased it 6 months earlier. I would hazard a guess that there’s only a few car dealers in the country that would bend over backwards to help customers in this way. I would recommend Stebbings to everyone who’s looking for a trustworthy and honourable family run car dealers - there can’t be many left like this anymore. Will definitely be returning the next time I want to change my car.

I'd definitely recommend Stebbings Car Superstore to friends and family because there cars are reasonably priced, the service is fantastic. They give you a better trade in price than WBAC. Their finance packages were at a very competitive interest rate and above all if there is a problem with the vehicle they fix it themselves under the warranty instead of sending you elsewhere and trying to claim the cost back via a third party. I noticed a warped braking disc that wasn't obvious on the test drive after taking ownership of the car and without hesitation, Stebbings checked it and replaced the discs and pads immediately without any hesitation whatsoever.

The customer care has been exceptional. Olly handled the sales side of the purchase. He made sure he got everything right for us and kept in touch each step of the process. About 48 hours after we purchased the car the engine light came on, Miguel in the service department went above and beyond for us. He took care of everything, he got the car booked in, arranged a courtesy car for us. The car is all sorted now and we absolutely love it. We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this is by far the best customer service we’ve had. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Sebbings. First contact was very professional as was all the follow up calls. On my visit which was a 160 mile for me, was sat down and made to feel totally at ease. I was walked through the back to see the valets actually cleaning the car prior to my inspection. Test drive went great so I purchased the car. The salesman that sold me the car was called Jake. He was a top bloke, I left some items in the car I part exchanged and he phoned me up before I realised and offered to post them to me. Couldn’t fault him and the company. First class in every department.
