Found my car online, went and had a look at it. They serviced it, did a full MOT and provided paperwork to say what work had been done. The staff are very friendly and polite, I would definitely do business with them again. Can’t recommend them enough. Brilliant service.

Great service, nice car
This is my 2nd car from Paul Hart and I'm really pleased with all of the process. I had to get a car at short notice and this was the right car at the right price. No pressure off the salesman Ben who gave me a courtesy car for 4 days which saved me a further £200. Serviced and MOTd and a lovely drive home to Widnes. I'd highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience and world class customer experience
We recently came in to purchase our son’s first car and met Gary, who helped us with queries and questions we had on the selection available. Throughout the entire visit, there was no question that Gary didn’t have the answer to and no request from us that he couldn’t assist with.
We found the perfect car and at no point were we put under any pressure to buy there and then, in fact he encouraged us to look in to insurances on the vehicles and what worked for us best as a family. After paying the deposit and whilst service and mot were being completed, Gary was in constant contact with us, ensuring that we were comfortable all the way through. The servicing team went above and beyond to make sure the car was immaculate and we have honestly just been blown away with the effort and attention to detail with the process from start to finish. We’ve already recommended the Paul Hart team to our friends who have children of a similar age and are in need of cars! Thank you again to Gary and team, you were amazing!!

Bit disappointed
Got car delivered to work which was fab ..but didnt have time to look over car properly 😢as i only had a few minutes (not dealers fault )
But Upon looking over the car there is no parcel shelf .. the back cover drivers side light is cracked and lets in rain !!
Got a flat tyre 3 days later and the machine to put glue into tyre is not compatible for the car !! So had to ring a garage to replace tyre 😢
Then tried to tax vehicle and cant because the reference number on does not match as it is too long 12 numbers instead of 11 ??
Other than that car was immaculate and love it ..

Great service
Just been to collect my car and first of all I love it! Dealt with Ben when we first bought it and since been dealing with Gary. Both really friendly and professional. Very impressed with the service. Looked at a few other similar cars before this one and can 100% say this was the best by far. All round great place. my first car
lets put it this way ... i searched for my first car for about 2 + months .. on a 50 + miles radius .. didnt knew what i wanted but what i needed was less than a minute walk from my home ... sometimes the best things are hidden in plain sight . so i went to paul hart saw my car decided i want it and everyhing went smooth from there on ! im happy with my decision and my purchase and i recommend paul hart with love !

Amazing Service
I can't fault the service from everyone at Paul Hart Cars. They made buying my Nissan Juke as easy and smooth as possible. They kept me fully informed throughout and made sure the Juke was fully serviced and MOT'd, replacing everything that was needed.
The Juke itself was an extremely well looked after car. I will definitely recommend Paul Hart Cars to friends and colleagues and will be by first choice the next time I am looking for another car.

Choosing a car
I was after buying another car as my previous car was a Vauxhall Astra so I was looking along the same similar line.
There happened to be a few on the forecourt and Ben the salesperson was very helpful in letting my wife and myself look around various other cars on display.i chose another Astra and had a test drive with Ben who never put me under any pressure to buy it or any other vehicle i bought the Astra and the after sales service from Ben was very good.i would definitely recommend Paul Hart cars.

Excellent customer service
Managed to find a great car at Paul Heart but after a couple of days unfortunately I did find a problem. However the lads at Paul Heart told me "don't worry, we'll sort it" which is exactly what you want to hear. One month warrantee as standard and options to extend for 3, 6 and 12 months for a surprisingly small amount of money. I got a fully MOT'd and serviced vehicle with12 month warranty. My wife needs a new car soon and will definitely be looking here again.

An Honourable Company
I bought a 15 year old Mokka, so I'm not expecting perfection. They were true to their advertising and MOT'd the vehicle providing new brake pads and two new tyres. A few days after pick up I was unhappy about scratches on the windscreen. There was no quibble, they arranged for a repair. During the process they spotted an engine error code and arranged for a part replacement. The windscreen repair was not satisfactory, so they agreed to pay the excess for a replacement.

This company has gone beyond what I was expecting from used car sales. They have acted honourably in all my dealings with them.

Purchase of c3 picasso from Paul hart cars
After having bad experiences from 2 other car dealers,I was apprehensive when reserving my new car online. My fears were put to rest when I got to paul hart cars. I was greeted by Ben who was very helpful. The car was immaculate. After my test drive and inspection of car,I made my purchase which was with no pressure and hassle free. The only criticism I have is that there was only one month dealer warranty,but I was able to purchase extended warranty for 12 months. Overall an excellent car buying experience which was stress and hassle free. Well worth five stars.

After a negative cat buying experience elsewhere, Paul Hart cars were a breath of fresh air from the first phone call to looking at the car and buying the car.
