Excellent experience all around
Great customer service from Victoria, put me at ease immediately as it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Genuinely lovely people who were able to cater to what I was looking for. I was able to take the car I was interested in for a test drive, spoke to the mechanic about part-exchange options and what was included in the care for the new car (MOT, service, tyres etc). I couldn't fault my experience. I'm yet to pick the car up, but as it stands I'm very happy to have chosen Monks Cross Used Cars.

Went there looking for a decent little run a round dealt with Victoria the service was 5 star no hassle nothing was a chore they rushed the prep and gave me the car within a few days as my main car was off the road and I needed the car .everything was done to a excellent standard I would definitely recommend to others.

Welcoming people and great sale
They were very welcoming and kind people. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure a good sale. They went above and beyond in some aspects but when I took the car home found they hidden some damages, but a used car cannot be in perfect condition. I would buy from them again but just be mindful to double check everything over.

Owner Just spoken to the customer as I was wondering what damages the car had, having carried out a new MOT and service on the car ourselves. The customer's mum viewed the car before purchasing and no collection.
The damage the customer found was a cracked vanity mirror! no other issues. Offered to source the customer a new viser and mirror free of chaarge.

Efficient & kind

My first visit to Monk’s Cross used cars
I was searching for a car in the local area and saw one advertised on line at Monk’s Cross used cars,I had never heard of them before and went along to see the car,I was met by a guy called Nick who gave me the best advice and information that I’ve ever had from any car sales person,he was so straight forward and knowledgeable I just wished I’d been dealing with him for years,I can’t praise the company enough and will be telling all my friends to visit this garage.

Excellent experience
Decided to look at a car on the off chance that it would suit my needs.
Met with Nick who was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained the preparation the car would undergo prior to purchase, warranty/service work included, and was only too happy to answer all my questions. Although I didn’t have an appointment, after an initial visual inspection, Nick handed me the keys and invited me to take the vehicle for a test drive.
Great service which resulted in me purchasing the vehicle.

Great Service
From the first point of contact with Victoria to the final point of contact with Nick, all I can say is "What an amazing experience of purchasing a car on my own". Usually have my dad by my side but unfortunately it was not possible this time.

Nothing was too much trouble, Nick even drove me to the post office to tax the vehicle as I was having trouble doing it on line.

Helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.

Would highly recommend and my car.....wow, I love it.
