Don't touch them!!!!
I bought and Audi TT during the first lockdown, and I have to say it has been brilliant.

The service was faultless......

Until I tried to follow up on some outstanding items. Like my warranty paperwork, to name, but one.

Nothing!

No one answering the phone, no one replying to emails, no one replying to text messages.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

Amazing service and an amazing car!
I recently purchased my first sports car from mantis cars, a stunning abarth 595. Due to the current circumstances of Covid-19 I was unsure of when I would be able to visit mantis cars to test drive it, but mantis cars had it delivered to my door instead! The whole process was just so easy, I dealt with Anthony who was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. Being a young driver I was worried about not being taken seriously but this was not the case at all. An extremely professional service! Will definitely be using mantis cars again in the future 😁

Great experience from start to finish
I spotted a used Mercedes Slc on Autotrader on Friday evening and made contact, I received a text back and arranged to see the car in the morning.

I was given a very fair trade in value for my car, and arranged to collect the new one the following week.

Great Service
I could tell from the detailed video that this was a great car. I enquired and was e mailed the service history. Put a deposit on the car and travelled 150 miles the next week. When I arrived there was no pressure to follow up, but I did and love the car. Had I wanted they would have delivered. Great service and very friendly 👍🏼

Excellent service. Highly recommended
Bought an M235i in December after turning up with the intention to buy an M3. The team were so professional and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. Top class service from a very knowledgeable bunch.

Furthermore, it sprung an oil leak after a couple of weeks (sump plug washer) but they were not phased, just sent me to my local garage and it was diagnosed, fixed and paid for within a couple of hours. You really start to learn about a company after having a problem and I can honestly say that they made that problem disappear.

Will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic dealership

Absolutely amazing buying experience and aftercare
I recently bought an Audi S5 from Mantis cars and the customer service I received from them was excellent, from them delivering the car to me in person to answering any queries I had. Unfortunately when I received my car it turned out that it had not been properly serviced at all by Audi when owned by the previous owner, however when I brought this up to Mantis cars, they were extremely helpful and offered to pay for a whole service without hesitation despite the fact that it cost them 400+ for a full service to be done, especially when it wasn't their fault it had been done in the first place. Absolutely brilliant customer service and would 100% buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, I can't thank them enough for the stress free purchase.

Best experience buying a car. Ever
We found Mantis Car online while looking for a new car to replace our Range Rover. The video and pictures we saw on the website were highly professional giving us that gut feeling when you finally find the car that you love.

After filling up a quick form online we got the total figures, including the valuation of our car which was, by far, the highest (that good that I called them to ask if I did something wrong).

Call on Friday and visit on Saturday, on arrival Anthony received us with a big smile and our future car waiting for us to test.

Within an hour we were seating signing the paperwork of an amazing Audi TT and getting ready to leave back home.

It was a real pleasure to acquire our new car from you guys. Special thanks to Anthony for been super professional and friendly, helping us to sort the purchase almost instantly.

The rest of the industry should learn from Mantis Car, the experience of buying a car from then are over any expectations.

FIrst time buying a car from a garage
I normally go private as to get a cheaper deal but it just so happened that Mantis has the exact specification car and at a good price too.

They where very accommodating whilst I was at the garage. Which was good since I had travelled pretty far.

Once deciding I wanted the car they gave me a decent price for my car and an OK finance deal. The finance deal I can't criticise Mantis for but MotoNovo had eye watering interest on the deal they gave me.

It was a pleasure to be at the garage not to mention all the unique cars that they had in stock.
