Great buying experience
I found the dream car with a low mileage and great condition with the LMC. There was some delay with the payment from the bank’s side and though it was the end of the working hours our manager was very friendly and was ready to wait with us till payment was executed. So I managed to drive my great new car that day. Besides, I’ve got some extra paint protection and warranty for the car - so I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended

My Experience was bad because they have sold a faulty and a built in box to support the car screen which is not a Mercedes product and now I’m suffering from it.
This dealership is a scam and I’m taking them on because I bought a Mercedes Benz E220d 2018 plate and the screen of the car went off so I took it to Main Mercedes Benz workshop and they realised the car has been tempered with by building a box with wires to support the screen from not turning off which the box was not Mercedes Benz manufacturer.
I went back to them and they are trying to get away with it but will take them on in an legal way to get this sorted so I totally advice to be careful doing business with them because you can get bump by this company. I paid £25800 for this car.

Good selling service, bad car quality
There was really great support during buying of the car. But in 2 weeks it didn't start in the morning. The reason is software problem which prevents battery charging. Now I have to pay for transportation of the car to service center and for all needed work. I have got zero real help from the warranty.

Updating the Review
Amazing gentleman Rahman is outstanding. Mo Rahman have listened very carefully what we required in terms of car and finance. Part Exchange was smooth. But when we have to deal with other member of team in the absense of Rahman it was nightmare and i would recommend to avoid another staff named Serena. She is rude and very unprofessional after the sale. 5 stars are only for Mo Rahman.

Was it such a good deal
The salesman (Mo) was very pleasent and patient which I appreciated that very much, and we were able to come to an amicable decision. The car I selected (VW T-Roc) drives well but on arriving home i found that the SD card for the sat nav was missing. I have contacted LMC but I am yet to get a response.
I think the SD Card is an integral part of the overall car operation and and should not have been sold without it.

Great customer service and overall great experience from beginning to end.
My experience from beginning to end was overall 10 out of 10. Christian managed my purchase of the vehicle and his customer service skills were top notch. From being collected from the train station to being chauffeured to and from Lakeside whilst I awaited for my car to be sorted. Christian and and the rest of the staff were amazing. Smoother than butter!

Smart forfour
I would never buy a car from LMC we had a appointment at 2pm Cristian he had two other people he was seeing kept going backwards and forwards was only interested in trying to sell us paint protector and other extras when we got home I noticed the wiper blades rubber was hanging of parcel shelf was broken and on the paper work he said he had shown as around the car were the lock nuts were he never showed us anything I was told to help us out they would take off the admin fee off £198 when we were singing for the car I noticed he had put the £198 on there I said about it and basically he said I was a Liar and they would not do that they don’t give a dame about there customers

First Visit To LMC
I found a vehicle I was interested in at LMC. Two other similar vehicles were also near by and due to be seen by me. I spoke with Sirena who answered a few questions on the vehicle, from there I decided to view the car. The vehicle was exactly as it was described by Sirena and was in 1st class condition. Sirena was a 100% professional and a pleasure to deal with so much so I decided to buy the car on the spot. It makes a real difference dealing with a sales person who isn't pushy and gives you time to think. When I'm looking for another car LMC specifically Sirena will get my call.

What a great company!
I wanted a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and found the one I wanted for her at LMC via Autotrader. I was attracted by the prospect of a great car, a super price and home delivery...and I wasn't disappointed!
Jengiz and his colleagues were amazing from beginning to end...even holding onto the car for a few weeks and delivering to me ON THE DAY OF MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY at no extra cost so it was there when she came home from college!!!
Minor post-delivery questions were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.
Please, if you want a great used car and a great service, choose LMC - I know I'll go back for my next car!!!
