Car buying as it should be
Can’t fault the staff at Kaim Park Garage whatsoever. From start to finish, the experience was a pleasure (well, until the part where I had to part with the money)
Car was as described and they gave a competitive trade in price for my own vehicle, no hard sell and helped with the documentation side of things.
Can definitely recommend.

Easy purchase

Great customer service
Hi I viewed the car on line and telephoned Ross for more info which he gave me, I then made appointment to view the car as I live 2hrs away from garage and Ross met me, showed me around the car and I took it for a test drive on return I agreed to buy the car and arranged a pick up date. Today Ross was on hand to go over paperwork and said if I have any questions just yo call him. From start to finish my experience was brilliant and I would recommend Kaim park garage to others. Excellent service
Been to the garage a few times to look at cars and always been very helpful. This time we bought a car from them and was very happy with the service and helpfulness of the staff. Great experience all round
I had a fantastic experience with Kaim Park, it was such a smooth process from start to finish and Ross the sales manager was amazing to deal with. He kept me fully up to date with the process until my car was ready for collection, and very supportive on the collection day. Kaim Park also have one of the best selection of vehicles to choose from, I would seriously recommend using them to purchase your next vehicle!

Fabulous Experience

Recently bought our new car from Kaim Park and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, first class service with absolutely no hard sales pressure
We mainly dealt with Ross from the sales team really nice guy very knowledgeable and friendly, we spoke to some of the other staff during our visit and everyone was happy to chat and made you feel comfortable ,a small family type business that go that bit extra for the customers

Very happy with the service
I travelled over 400 miles to view the vehicle that was advertised on Autotrader. The car actually exceeded my expectations by some margin. I gave a deposit there and then. Alan is a great guy and a real pleasure to deal with. He goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer comes first. The delivery of the vehicle was well drilled and faultless. A very happy customer, and a firm I would recommend to anyone

Great Experience
Excellent experience dealing with Alan at Kaim Park garage when I purchased my new car. Nothing was too much trouble, really nice guy. No pushing , happy to help with any questions . From looking to collecting everything was very straightforward. I was constantly kept up to date with details. Would recommend this garage and will hopefully deal with them again.

Great customer service experience
This is the second time I've bought a car from Kaim Park and I haven't been disappointed on either location. The staff are extremely helpful and don't try to pressure you with any sales talk etc.
You're given as much time as needed to make up your mind on a purchase and after sales is superb too.
They even agreed to deliver my car when I explained that transport to the garage was difficult! Very helpful & professional customer service.

Defender Urban.
Drove down on the Thursday for a look of the stock knowing what I wanted. Was seen by Alan who was brand new, no non-sense chat or pushy sales tactics, he knows people are there because of what they want. After viewing the large inventory I went for a coffee then came back for a test drive and agreed on the vehicle. Picked it up the following Tuesday with no issues. Met some of the other team who are all down to Earth genuine guys who care about their customers. Will definitely be back again! Cheers Lads.

My wife and I noticed Kaim park had a beautiful 2018 BMW 530d and as soon as we contacted them they have been nothing short of brilliant treated like we bought a brand new car and put us under no pressure even telling to go and have a think about it before committing to a deal before long we went and signed for our new car and picked it up around 5/6days later car was shining and looked perfect…….within an hour we had a small issue nothing garage could have predicted backing plate of disc had came loose called then and they had it fixed and back to me before finishing work the next day outstanding service much much better than a Arnold Clark ect car drives brilliant and can’t thank Kaim Park enough thanks
