This garage made the whole process very easy. I was mot local so he gave me a 6 month external warranty. When I did have a problem he took over and dealt with it promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation recommending this garage.

Great service...... No pressure sales, honest, helpful and efficient ...... love the car I bought, and at a fare price ( below market value)... no problems mechanically or with body work ... all as described and in fact beyond expectation. Would highly recommend if you want a quality motor at a fare price with assurance of its history.

100% would recommend this place. I brought my fabulous SEAT last weekend. The gentleman was very friendly, polite and honest. Not pushy at all. There are plenty of car dealers out there that could learn a thing or two from this dealer.,I've had my fair share of cowboys. So thank you GM car sales

Bought a car for my daughter from this garage. Rang the day before and negotiated a price as we were travelling over an hour. Car was reserved, was very well presented, we had a good test drive alone, then a good chat with the owner. Deal done - daughter is very pleased and car is exactly as described and a month later performing without fault. I was a bit nervous as it's not my local area but they are genuine and decent, exactly as the bulk of the reviews state - would recommend to family and friends.

I picked my Fiat 500 from GM Car Sales and after a couple of days I could near a noise from the front of the car that was worrying me. I contacted Shaun and without hesitation he booked me into D Salmon for a diagnostic check. They discovered a suspension mount was loose. Again without hesitation Shaun gave the go ahead for D Salmon to replace the part.
Amazing aftercare and reassurance from everyone at GM Car Sales that whatever the noise was would be sorted out and not to worry.
Thank you GM Car Sales - excellent service.

Very well presented cars all round. Staff are very helpful and friendly and DO PESTER YOU as soon as you arrive. This is NOT a cowboy operation and I would strongly recommend a visit. Staff have easy access to all car records and invite you to look at the documents they have. How two reviewers gave this company one star I have no idea.

Introduction	We at GM Car Sales are a local family run business with over 25 years experience selling Quality Used Cars in Colchester, Essex and the surrounding areas, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Sudbury and Clacton. We offer a friendly, polite, straight forward, non-pushy Customer Service.
Description	We have up to 70 vehicles on sale, based at our Magdalen Street, Colchester, CO1 2LA location. All cars come with a minimum of 10 months MOT (where applicable). All cars supplied, have a 3 months/3000 miles parts and labour warranty. On major components of Engine, Gearbox and Drive-Shafts. Extendable warranties are also available supplied by Autotrust for 6, 12 or 24 months, (details on request).
