Very nice experience
Everyone working there are very kind, friendly and helpful and made the experience of buying a car very smooth. They also helped me getting the car home as I hadn’t insured the car yet which was an extra step they didn’t have to take but did and enhanced the overall experience.

Fantastic customer service
After seeing the car I wanted on autotrader, I enquired and Adrian from crystal motors contacted me to discuss the car and options available to myself.

Amazing Service
An absolute pleasure to deal with, when we arrived we were left with the freedom to walk around the forecourt and look at all of the cars without a pushy sales person badgering us.

Once we had found the car, we went to the office and was greeted by Louise who was friendly and welcoming

A deal was negotiated and we brought the car on Friday.

The car was ready by Tuesday for collection with a fresh MOT & Service.

Again when we collected we was made to feel very welcome by Louise, Clint and the rest of the gang with my husband talking cars for a while

We had a family emergency whilst there but again the team were really supporting and told us we could leave the car and come back later for it.

Overall a lovely experience, you can really tell this is a family business with a family focused vibe running through the heart of their culture ❤️

excellent customer service
I recently bought a car from here and from the offset they was very welcoming , they made me feel like everything was my choice, no pressure in any decision made, when looking around the car me and my partner were left to look together so no one was breathing down our necks whilst doing so which is a big postive as nothing worse than being watched, they are very accommodating and will do things at your pace and speed , very polite staff, the actual dealership is in an immaculate condition which is also a postive when purchasing a car, overall a brilliant experience couldn’t recommend this company more to family and friends . Adrian our salesman was brilliant so polite and genuine, and the owner also always came and said hello too and was incredibly polite , couldn’t fault 10/10 x

Fantastic and welcoming experience
I recently purchased my car from Crystal Street Motors and found the whole experience fantastic.
Adrian and all the team were so friendly and welcoming and so easy to chat with .
Nothing was too much trouble and they were not pushy and gave us all the information we needed and the time to check out the cars on our own .
It's a really lovely family run company and you can tell .

I had an excellent experience at Crystal Motor Company when purchasing my Audi TT 20 Year Edition in August 2024. From the initial viewing to the final purchase, the service was exceptional. After purchasing the car, I took it to an Audi main dealership for a check-up, and they found no issues—the car is in fantastic condition. Above & beyond
Fell in love with a Scirocco on Crystal Motor’s website - I submitted an application for finance and within 10 minutes I had been approved and had a phone call from Adrian to discuss coming in and about part exchanging my current car. They went above and beyond with any/all queries that I had, they valeted, serviced & MOT’ed the car before collection and even changed a part that I had queried previously, free of charge. Collection of the car was seamless, and Clint made sure I had all of the information & paperwork needed before leaving the forecourt, as well as an incredibly detailed PDI including pictures of brake pads etc. Definitely recommend to any one looking for their next car, easiest car I’ve ever bought! 😊

Audi A5 SE TDI CVT
A couple of weeks ago me and my dad drove from Basingstoke to Crystal Motor Company Ltd to look at an Audi A5 convertible I couldn't believe the condition it was in and I really couldn't be happier with the car it's absolutely faultless. Excellent and smooth sale
Sold my S Class to them through Motorway website. They phoned me to confirm address and when they could come to collect my car. They rang again when leaving Northampton to confirm arrival time and turned up bang on time. Two guys turned up and almost seemed like friends by the time they left. Quick check of the car, payment and transfer all completed before end of their test drive. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very good and friendly service
After showing my interest of a vehicle on Auto Trader, the follow up phone call was friendly and helpful. A date and time was arranged to view and pick up vehicle. When I arrived at the garage there was a nice warm welcome from staff. Drinks were offered to me which was nice while I viewed the car. Only thing to complain about was a few minor chips in the paintwork, which were quickly rectified before I purchased the vehicle. I also noticed a piece of trim missing from the rear of the vehicle near the rear lights when i got home. But when i called and mentioned it I was assured a piece of trim would be posted to me which i am still waiting for. Overall, good service.

From the initial sale with Adrian, to meeting Louise & Clint, collecting the car and purchasing it was so so easy! The whole process was so smooth. The car is beautiful and presented superbly. Great relaxed and friendly service.
Clint was genuinely friendly and interested on arrival. Given the keys and put in petrol for me to have a long test drive. Fair trade in price inline with Motorway price for my car. Very happy with my Mini Cooper S, not bad for a spur of the moment drop in to just have a look. Car was very clean and tidy on display and if possible even cleaner on collection. No pressure to buy and a genuinely pleasurable experience. Would recommend without a doubt. Have to say, all the team were super friendly and the tea was great!
