        After showing my interest of a vehicle on Auto Trader, the follow up phone call was friendly and helpful. A date and time was arranged to view and pick up vehicle. When I arrived at the garage there was a nice warm welcome from staff. Drinks were offered to me which was nice while I viewed the car. Only thing to complain about was a few minor chips in the paintwork, which were quickly rectified before I purchased the vehicle. I also noticed a piece of trim missing from the rear of the vehicle near the rear lights when i got home. But when i called and mentioned it I was assured a piece of trim would be posted to me which i am still waiting for. Overall, good service.

              Viewed a car online and arranged a viewing. When my wife and I got there the car was already washed and placed where we could see it properly. We decided to buy the car but had a problem getting back to the garage on the arranged pick up day.                                   Clint was genuinely friendly and interested on arrival. Given the keys and put in petrol for me to have a long test drive. Fair trade in price inline with Motorway price for my car. Very happy with my Mini Cooper S, not bad for a spur of the moment drop in to just have a look. Car was very clean and tidy on display and if possible even cleaner on collection. No pressure to buy and a genuinely pleasurable experience. Would recommend without a doubt.                                                                         We started our search for a used car using a popular website. We entered the parameters into the search box and a selection of vehicles was found. The car we chose was from Crystal Motors. We did some research into the company and we liked what we saw. Well established, no negative feedback and all the cars they had on sale looked good.
                                                                        We called and spoke with Adrian and asked if the Mercedes we wanted was still available, it was. Adrian gave us a very detailed history of the car and confirmed all the particular details we were looking for. We said we'll buy it but we need help with finance. Again, Adrian was extremely helpful and organised a decent loan with the low deposit we wanted to make.
                                                                        We made arrangements to collect the car 10 days after purchasing. We arrived at Crystal Motors and Adrian dealt with all the paperwork for taxing and new ownership through DVLA. Adrian assured us that everything was in working order but, should we have any problems and in accordance with the 12 month warranty, to call him and Crystal Motors would take care of everything. We took proud ownership of our "new" car and Adrian presented us with a lovely bottle of bubbly.
                                                                        All in all a very easy experience for us and, without hesitation, a huge recommendation for Crystal Motors, Adrian and the rest of the staff.

                                                                                                    After having my car stolen I tried to source a like for like replacement. Thought I had done so and put down a deposit. Hours later I realised I had put money down on a three door instead of my required five.
                                                                                                    Calling to express my apologies is where the first rate service kicked into what had been to then, quick and concise.
                                                                                                    Having a chat about options i was made aware that they had a five door that I hadn't seen and had previously belonged to one of the team which I opted to swap to. It had higher mileage than I wanted originally but it was cheaper and got
                                                                                                    a 12(up from 3) month warranty thrown in. Swapping was easy but if I'd needed to go elsewhere, it would have been just as easy.

                                                                                                    After a couple of days and two early trains, I arrived for pickup on a crisp morning. First off they have a lovely assortment of quality looking cars which I had to stop looking at before I wanted to swap again.

                                                                                                    Warm friendly welcome, I was unrushed due to getting there early. Drinks offered, I had a chat about the car, which I learned had need a garage baby which came with a sheaf of service history.
                                                                                                    Really couldn't have asked for more.
                                                                                                    Handover was tip to tail from the team member who had owned it and talked me through all the little cosmetic upgrades he'd done. The car has had time and care and it felt like I was taking his baby. Felt less like a buyer and more alike the next approved custodian, even had my photo taken handing over keys.
