      Great from start to finish
      I recently bough my Hyundai Tucson from CWM. My initial contact was with John and he took me through the whole process which was expertly handled by Harvey. I got the train from Wiltshire up to Bolton and was met at the station by Harvey in the car, and we drove back to finalise all the paperwork.             Just picked up my Freelander 2 from Crompton way motors and I found the whole experience first class . From first contact to the test drive and pick up of the cat the process was seamless and salesman Paul was excellent . Small issue was completely repaired and the car was right on time . I would recommend anyone looking for a replacement car to give them a call .

                    Spoke to Crompton and they gave me all the info/videos that I asked for. Then travelled up to see the car.

                    Brilliant, transparent service from John… didn’t feel pressured to buy … and they collected me from the station when it was time to collect the car.

I contacted them online after seeing an advert for a C1 on the Auto Trader website due to my old C1 being written off in a car accident. There was no hard sell at all, they were looking at my needs throughout my purchase. I am hard of hearing and they adapted communication to support me using online chat and text messages when I was asking for information and advice.                                                                 This is the third car I've bought from Crompton Way Motors and I won't go anywhere else now.

                                                                There's absolutely zero 'stereotypical pushy car sales' here! The team ensure that you're picking the best car for your needs, they're knowledgeable, very professional and more importantly, they're genuine and down to earth.

                                                                This time I chose an SUV, a car that I've never driven before, and they were more than happy for me to visit a few times and test drive it so I wasn't driving alone as I was a little nervous.                                                                                   After being very aprihensive about buying a second hand car again as i have had a very negative experience (and a lot of money down the drain) a few years ago with what i thought was a decent car sales garage. i decided to spend over the odds on a car that i have had now for the past 5 years from somewhere else and she has never let me down. i was looking for a bigger car a mercedes benz in particular but i was clinging on to my small reliable car and i was to axious about letting her go due to my past experience .
                                                                                  i had a browse on auto trader and i found the perfect looking mercedes advertised by a dealership so i went over to cromton way motors just for a look still very nervous about taking the plunge . well neednt had i worried as they are a family run busness and so professional and honest i felt instantly at ease and trusted them, all the lads are pleasant but Braden dealt with me he wasnt pushy at all. (very pleasant guy)
                                                                                  The car was absolutly beautifull and just what i was looking for ...so i had a test drive ........and it looked even more beautiful and sparkly when i went to collect it , yes i bought it! 😍
                                                                                  the price was spot on and it was the most fantasticaly transparent buying experience from start to finish. i would definatley recomend and will be going back to have a look for a perfect car for my daughter in the near future.

                                                                                      I went to look at a different car but it didn't float my boat, Braden took the time to listen to what I was looking for and suggested that I came back in a day or so as a car that sounded Like it was what I wanted would be in stock. the Next day I got a call, I went down and the car Braden had told me about was on site, it was everything I needed and more. needless to say I bought it.

                                                                                                Initial visit went well with no pressure selling. Date agreed for a second viewing and collection 4 days later. I was disappointed I wasn't advised it had been a taxi all it's past life but it didn't make much of a difference when advised the seller he stated didnt know and didn'tchange the deal. They have no servicing garage linked they are just a selling pitch. However a warranty was supplied. So overall a decent experience.
