A great company, i new I was buying from a reputable company as they had a great selection of A1 quality cars.As I came to view the Mercedes C350, Daniel just handed over the keys and told me to take my time and look it over.
I visited a few car sales companies and found the Burford car sales topped them all in quality , customer service and giving a show room quality vehicle ready to drive away.

Lovely cars, friendly service
Very happy with the service received at Burford Sales. Attentive salesman,helpful & professional. Only downside was the promise of a full tank of diesel. Didn't realise until nearly home that i was driving on fumes & despite bringing it to salesman's attention it was ignored. It's the little things....

Excellent Service & People
I had a great experience at Burford Cars, the family run business / people made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Didn't try and push anything on me but asked questions aboit what I liked, colour, model and extras. They showed me the perfect Range Rover - so excited with my new purchase 😁. They gave me options on finance to suite my budget. Daniel & Pete were great and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to Burford Cars great place and people all where so lovely

Absolutely fantastic
I will not have room in this review to say how utterly impressed I am with Burford. Straight-forward, honest, fair, accommodating, understanding, thoughtful, flexible, knowledgable, approachable and fun. My whole experience of dealing with them was top-class...classy. Even when there was a last minute hickup with a warning light on the car I was trading in, they dealt with the problem sympathetically and pragmatically...finding a compromise that worked for everyone.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I will absolutely definitely be buying from them again. Well done !!!

Great car - priced very competetively
Impressed with these guys - very professional. I shopped around quite a bit to buy my BMW X5 M sport 40d. Burford cars had the model I was looking for at pretty close to the best price I could find on the net. They organised the fiance very quickly at a good rate - so much easier than using my bank. The car is fantastic and I will use them again in the future

Easy and Efficient
I saw that they had the car I was looking for (2016 Jaguar XE) online, and filled in the PCP finance application.

The next morning Daniel called me, and we agreed a part-ex deal over the phone.

Two days later, I went to collect the car, exactly as described, filled in the paperwork and drove off.

A great car at a great price, and excellent service. The only slight criticism would be that a prestige dealership like this should have a premium bean-to-cup coffee machine, not a kettle and a jar of Nescafe.

Absolute dream place to buy your next car. I dealt with Dan, who was polite, friendly and really helpful in a manner that is extremely refreshing from the normal car salesman. I made a call, enquired about a vehicle (my now beautiful Jaguar xe) and went to view it. I was left to look and fiddle as much as I liked, then when ready Simon took a s for a test drive. Simon was also amazing and was very helpful, insightful, and really knows about the vehicles on sale. I went back the very next day to collect my car which had been serviced and a new MOT. I would like to thank Dan, and Simon for their assistance and support. I would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone, and I would most definitely buy from Burford again. Thank you all!

Mario from Burford Car Sales looked after us when buying our Land Rover and made it an extremely smooth and pleasant process. He genuinely had our best interests at heart. After visiting several other car dealerships and being very disappointed we were relieved from when we first pulled up and saw the car. The first thing we noticed is how well presented the cars were, these guys obviously take a lot of pride in what they do. Mario made us feel relaxed, was very knowledgeable about the car and wasn't in any way pushy. We got to drive away the same day which was another bonus as it isn't round the corner from us. We will definitely recommending these guys and they will be our first port of call when looking for our next car. We couldn't be more happy with our car. Thank you very much Mario.

It's been a few weeks since I purchased my C Class Mercedes from Burford Car Sales. I could not be happier. Firstly, the car is superb and puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. I went to Burford car sales after being messed about for a week and a half by an audi dealer with regards to finance, I saw my audi Q8 on autotrader at Burford cars and called, I spoke with Mario and 30 minutes later the finance was in place and collected it 2 days later. I can quite easily say this was the best car buying experience I've had and Mario and his staff were brilliant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🚙 Where do I start …. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Mario we felt at ease and very welcomed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and upfront with anything he knew about the cars history which made us feel as though there were no secrets or pushy sales of dodgy cars! We took more time than probably the average to settle on the car we wanted but when we did Mario was there to answer any questions 24/7 and guide us through the process. Mario did all the paperwork and even kept his word on the extra bits we wanted done before collection. I really can't praise Mario and his Team enough for their dedication and love and passion for their job and we have come away as very happy customers. Thank you Burford Cars! Just got home in my new Velar - and I said I'd review, so here I am. First, I've not had a three or six month period to reflect - perhaps I do a second review later, or amend this one. This a big purchase for me I don't mind saying - and this is the third car I viewed before deciding. Lots of research, driving to view etc, bit stressful to now tbh, cagey other dealers and similar. To now I'm very happy indeed with what we've done with Burford. Mario has really been excellent. I saw the ad and viewed very quickly after their receipt of the car, prior to it going through their workshop. Mario made this clear from the start and mentioned that if anything wasn't right that it would be done by the time the car went out as a matter of course. We observed a couple of things on viewing and test driving - and agreed to deal on the basis they were sorted. Well, the car was turned around perfectly as discussed - and they also did two other not insubstantial bits I'd not even queried (front brake discs and a service, as both due somewhat soon) that would have cost me a pile and easily could have been left. Pretty happy with that. I'll not spell out every detail, but Mario went over and above several times and was a pleasure to do business with. Clearly an experienced guy and responsible/professional sales. My new car is in spectacular condition and was well priced. I like to deal a bit, but couldn't argue with the listed price, happily paid asking and didn't get into it. On the basis of my buy I'd have faith in the sourcing, mechanical preparation, detailing and presentation, pricing and sales process. I hope I don't have to go back and test the aftercare, but I presently feel confident that if I needed to I'd be treated well. I will definitely consider using Burford again. Had to sell our beloved car due to needing something to accommodate 2 toddlers and a newborn. The experience with Burford was seamless and an absolute pleasure. Everything also happened so quickly!
