Excellent customer care before and after !!!!
Purchased my Range Rover recently. I have to give a shout out to Jake who helped me from start to finish. 4 hour drive worth it .
Even after collecting the car Jake has been really helpful with questions about how things work on the vehicle etc.
No hard sell here just really nice people providing a great service . My Husband is looking to buy a new car also and will be happy to go through Bespoke Motor Works . Great down to earth company. Great cars ..Great service .. thanks Jake !!!!!

Daniel and team are the best around. Daniel took detailed notes on my requirements and found the perfect car in just a couple of weeks. Seamless!
Absolute joy to deal with. From start to finish Jake was on the ball. Quick to respond with a slightly awkward valuation of my part ex. Gave a honest and fair price.
Customer service went up another level once I actually went to the dealership. From stepping foot in to reception to driving away with my new car the customer service was nothing short of exceptional.
Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Very Good
After 2h drive just to see the car I was not disappointed. The car was prepared to show room standard. Not just mine but all of the cars available, inside and out side. After test drive and overall check I just had to buy it. Week later Im very happy with my choice. I took it to local garage for check as well, guys said they have not seen car in such a good condition for a while. Happy new owner of BMW X3 ;)

Brilliant experience
Was recommend to come have a look at the cars on offer here especially when we knew what we were wanting. Jake was brilliant, from letting us test drive the two Audi’s we were interested in, to then going through the pricing etc. He gave us a great deal and we love our new car.

Their selection of vehicles are all immaculately prepared and you are treated by all of their staff as a valued customer. Jake made the whole process of the purchase seamless with no hassle at all and always made sure that I was sure that the deal was right for me. Chris heads up a great service department and again ensures that everything runs smoothly making sure that your vehicle is returned to you as quickly as possible and at a very competitive price for all work carried out.
I have had many cars from several major dealerships over the years and have never received service like that provided provided by Bespoke and they will always be my first choice for future vehicles, I can’t rate them highly enough and would highly recommend them for your next purchase.

No Complaints
I recently bought a 21 plate GR Yaris from Chris at Bespoke Motors. Chris was very easy to deal with and kept in good communication with me during the process of negotiating and arranging test drives etc. He was also very accommodating as I requested confirmation that the car was clear of any stocking loans and he sent me confirmation and cleared the loan before I picked the car up giving me peace of mind.
The car was immaculate when I came to pick it up. I have no complaints and I would recommend Bespoke Motors to anyone.

The easiest and best deal dealership experie ce i have had.
Agreed the deal online to part ex my car. I have done this before with another company only to them chip me on price when i got there. NOT HERE ! Probably the easiest and deal and experience ever ( and i have bought many cars over the last 50 years). Could not rate anyone higher than these guys.

Car collected from Dan on a late Friday afternoon/evening after a 3hour journey.
Great customer service from Dan himself over the preceding week with discussions about how I wanted different colour/coated wheels on the car.
Lovely touch with a couple of extras before leaving.
Would highly recommend this garage and wouldn’t have any hesitation buying from here again.

Purchase of RS4
My experience with Bespoke has been outstanding from the moment I first enquired about the vehicle. I came across the car online and, after a few initial conversations with Dan and Jake, the process couldn’t have been easier. Their professionalism, knowledge, and no-pressure approach made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable.

Having purchased several vehicles over the years, I usually approach these transactions with a degree of scepticism, however Dan and Jake really put my mind at ease. The team at Bespoke delivered a level of service that exceeded expectations. The car was immaculately prepared, and the collection process was seamless and genuinely memorable, reflecting the premium nature of the vehicle itself.

Admittedly there is an issue with the car, having being alerted with an amber warning on the vehicle. But after promptly contacting them and liaising with the after sales manager, they’ve been on the front foot with assisting me to get it sorted. Hopefully this issue will be resolved within the next week.
It isn’t ideal but I can’t blame them for this, and the reaction has been helpful and positive.

Great service
The service and the reps are great. A little not baby friendly as office is on 1st floor and there is no lift. So a little hard to carry baby along. But other than that the waiting room is very much child friendly. The cars are great. The dealers are great. Everything smoothly. I picked my car within 2 days. Could have been even more earlier but I was a little lazy.

I went to look at a car (GR Yaris) not entirely convinced it was practical enough for me. The chaps told me to have a look and take a test drive with absolutely no pressure to buy.
The car was immaculately presented and over a cuppa we discussed that it was indeed the vehicle for me.
It’s a great place with great staff and you’re made to feel welcome with no hard sell tactics.

VW tiguan R-Line
From the first phone to collection Jake at bespoke went out of his way to make sure I was well looked after in every way he could! He answered all of my questions and quires regarding the car and also give me a fantastic trade in price for my old car! On collection day the hand over was seamless Jake took care of everything down to the removal of my private number plate ,we were well looked after with hot and cold beverages and even some sweets while completing the hand over! I would 100% recommend bespoke when searching for you're new car! 10/10 service from start to finish! Thanks again !

We specialise in sourcing cars from our vast network, as well as selling our own stock. Collectively, we have over four decades worth of experience within the sports, luxury and prestige motor trade and pride ourselves on our knowledge of cars.
Description	Russell Jackson and Daniel King, the owners and directors of Bespoke Motor Works Ltd, created our business over four years ago after spending over 20 years at Cooper BMW Teesside and Durham collectively. Although our passion for cars remained the same, we were becoming increasingly disillusioned working within a national corporation. One of the main aspects of our business which we are especially proud of is the way we are directly involved with every customer. We have many repeat customers- some on their seventh and eighth cars from us- due to our friendly, hassle-free approach and our knowledge of what car is best to suit your needs. As our reputation here at Bespoke grew bigger, so did our staff. We have added two full time Sales Executives, Jake Kenvyn and Matthew Jevons, to our team. They bring their expertise in product knowledge, advertising and a customer-lead approach to selling and themselves have acquired repeat business through the same clients. We appreciate that buying a car can often be a long and stressful process but we aim to make it smooth and enjoyable and offer a pressure-free approach to selling. Ultimately, it has to be right for the customer. Many motorists have complained that the main dealers have lost touch with their customers- the most important people within the motor trade- whereas we ensure the customer is number one priority at all times.
