Great service
This is the second car we have bought from Bespoke. Both experiences have been stress free and straightforward - a pleasure dealing with Jake and Terry (who delivered the car). Thoroughly recommend buying from Bespoke Motors and we would certainly do so again. It's also an added touch they will deliver to the North East of Scotland!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I’ve been using Bespoke Motors for my PCP deals for a few years now. I have just exchanged my 3rd consecutive vehicle with them. I have dealt with Chris, Dan and Jake; all of them are at the top of their game. They are knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and provide an excellent service. I went to look at a car (GR Yaris) not entirely convinced it was practical enough for me. The chaps told me to have a look and take a test drive with absolutely no pressure to buy.
The car was immaculately presented and over a cuppa we discussed that it was indeed the vehicle for me.
It’s a great place with great staff and you’re made to feel welcome with no hard sell tactics.
I would thoroughly recommend!

OUTSTANDING Service

Excellence!
From first contact with Bespoke Motors & dealing with Jake, the whole process of buying my new car, was seamless.

Great car company
I sold my car via Motorway to Bespoke Motorworks and I cannot fault the service. Dan took the time to explain the how it will all work. Terry collected my car and he was friendly and patient and took the time to run through the process with me on the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these again or recommend to friends and family! They put me at ease during a process I’m unfamiliar with. Thank you!

Amazing Service

VW tiguan R-Line
From the first phone to collection Jake at bespoke went out of his way to make sure I was well looked after in every way he could! He answered all of my questions and quires regarding the car and also give me a fantastic trade in price for my old car! On collection day the hand over was seamless Jake took care of everything down to the removal of my private number plate ,we were well looked after with hot and cold beverages and even some sweets while completing the hand over! I would 100% recommend bespoke when searching for you're new car! 10/10 service from start to finish! Thanks again !

Great service
I have bought many cars from Bespoke motors over the last 11 years. With my PCP deal coming to an end, I gave Dan my spec for a new car. Within days he had sourced a car that was a perfect replacement, at a good price and excellent finance rate.

Ford Ranger
Recent bought a Ford Ranger from these guys, the whole experience was such relief!! No stress no pressure whatever compared to other places I had been look over the last few months.

Had shown interest online a later on that day I got a phone call from Jake, explained my situation with wanting to part ex a car and what I was interested in getting. Later the same day he got back in-touch with a price which was happy with.

I arranged a test drive, when I got there I seen Jake, he took me down to the truck a left me to it to have a look round a then took it out for a drive.
Was no pressure when I got back to buy the vehicle there an then, he went through the details an left it with me if I wanted to take it further.

4 day later I picked the truck up, quick and easy and very happy ! Will definitely use these guys again when the time comes to change.

Unparalleled Service
I’ve taken delivery of countless cars over the years and can honestly say that from he first phone call these guys are really top notch. All Boxes Ticked
In December 2024, I contacted Bespoke Motors with my specific requirements for the car that I desired.
I detailed the car make, model & top of the range specification.
I required only low mileage, less than 12 months old, within an agreed budget and a preferred colour.
During December, I was helpfully contacted by Bespoke Motors with suggestions of quality alternatives but, though tempted, held out with fingers crossed 🤞for my original choice.
Throughout January, Dan reassured me of his continuous search efforts and in early February advised me of a find that quite amazingly, ticked all boxes. He had found the exact car and spec, including colour and within budget.
On agreeing the purchase, Bespoke Motors completed all the required paperwork, road tax etc, including the purchase and transfer of a cherished registration plate.
Collection and handover of my new car from Bespoke Motors was understandably an exciting occasion and they helped make it very special, very personal to me and made me feel indeed, a very valued customer.
I am most impressed and very thankful for all they did to deliver me the car I desired.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bespoke Motors and they will be my first point of contact when I consider my next change of wheels.

Description	Russell Jackson and Daniel King, the owners and directors of Bespoke Motor Works Ltd, created our business over four years ago after spending over 20 years at Cooper BMW Teesside and Durham collectively. Although our passion for cars remained the same, we were becoming increasingly disillusioned working within a national corporation. One of the main aspects of our business which we are especially proud of is the way we are directly involved with every customer. As our reputation here at Bespoke grew bigger, so did our staff. We have added two full time Sales Executives, Jake Kenvyn and Matthew Jevons, to our team. They bring their expertise in product knowledge, advertising and a customer-lead approach to selling and themselves have acquired repeat business through the same clients. We appreciate that buying a car can often be a long and stressful process but we aim to make it smooth and enjoyable and offer a pressure-free approach to selling. Ultimately, it has to be right for the customer. Many motorists have complained that the main dealers have lost touch with their customers- the most important people within the motor trade- whereas we ensure the customer is number one priority at all times.
