Superb customer service and a super slick operation!
I bought a second hand Ford Fiesta from BFC. Sean was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really listened to my requirements. Nothing was too much effort and the Finance application was pretty pain free too, I'd like to thank Ross at UCC for his kind assistance. The drive pay system is super slick and great once you get your head around it (the only gripe is that I did not realise I would only be given 1 of the 2 keys). A week later I collected the Fiesta, Sean showed me around the car and clearly explained a few relevant points and wished me well. I would also like to further thank Sean and Gavin for purchasing my previous car and giving me a good price despite having to get work done before reselling. I would also like to thank the chap who gave me a lift back to work after Gavin made an instant payment on my Insignia. I have no problem in recommending BFC to others and I am looking forward to dealing with them again in the future. It is very rare in this day and age to find a company who are so well organised and customer driven, give them a go, you won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend!
I can highly recommend BFC and will certainly return again when I want another car. Dominic was a pleasure to deal with, helpful, confident, polite, very knowledgeable about all the cars available and extremely professional. The car we purchased was spotlessly clean, fully serviced and had a new MOT and AA inspection. Our new car was priced very competitively and we were also given a very fair price for our part ex car. BFC Berkshire Fiesta Centre 5 Star
This is my 4th car from BFC and would highly recommend to everyone, I purchased a BMW this time and they took the time to make sure it was in the best condition before I collected. Even went the extra mile to make sure I knew my way around inside the car and gave me a courtesy call 24 hours later to make sure I was happy and had any questions.

Great experience at BFC
I recently bought a car at BFC with the help of Sean. Sean was really great throughout the whole process. He made sure I took the car for a good drive compared to the 5 minutes I got elsewhere, and afterwards sat down and talked about anything he could do that would get my custom. We discussed something that had come up on the AA report which was looked at for me. However, he was never pushy with me at all which I found a lot of other garages were - especially as a female looking on my own! Even got a new MOT put on it even though it had 7 months left which was great. I’d recommend BFC for anyone looking for their next car!

An excellent experience.
This is the first time I have used BFC and have been so impressed by the service and support. Issues with my Tesla meant parts were required and Gary kept me up to date with availability on a regular basis. Work completed at a fraction of the cost quoted by Tesla and I was even advised where I could get a full English breakfast while I waited. Fantastic friendly service
A big thankyou to sales representative Sean Casey during the recent purchase of my new car (October 2023) - so refreshing, as a female car buyer, to be treated with good humour, courtesy and a friendly helpful approach - about as far from the stereotype of 'pushy car salesman' as you can get. Sean made the whole experience stress-free and easy - a real pleasure to do business with him in an enviroment that can still be a bit intimidating to female buyers. Outstanding
After having an awful experience at a local garage I decided to travel nearly 2 hours to Berkshire Fiesta Center. I must say the experince I had at this dealership was flawless. Wouldant buy here again
Brought a 10000 car with a 3 month warranty within a week the engine managment light came on took car back to the garage a part was replaced after a bit of a problem with getting the part I actually went bk 3 times before it was done 2 weeks later again engine managment light came on took car back another part was replaced now the warranty has ran out iv had the car 4 months now and engine managment light is back on the car so have to pay to get this looked at.
The car is a convertable and the roof is not working and I am also now getting service due when I brought the car I was told it had been serviced heart breaking when u have saved many years to get the car you wanted.

As I haven't heard directly from you in sometime I thought it would be best that I respond to your feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise that there has been a problem with your vehicle. We try our utmost to ensure that all of our vehicles are prepared as thoroughly as possible however cars being mechanical in their nature, they do go wrong from time to time. It's to my understanding we replaced a NoX sensor for you on the 22nd of February, however we haven't seen the vehicle since. I understand it may well be outside of our standard warranty time frame, however please get into contact so we can get the vehicle booked in and looked at for you.

Johan was great from start to finish the only thing I will mention is make sure to get your own mechanic to check any outstanding advisories on MOT if it is renewed before purchased, my mechanic told me the brake pads were replaced but not the discs although they came up on MOT on year ago but somehow didn't come up on the advisories for this MOT.
