The easiest purchase I’ve ever made.
Saw my car on Autotrader and liked it so popped in to view. Immediately got a friendly hello from a busy young lad in the forecourt and then Peter joined us as we looked at the car. There was no hesitation when I asked if I could test drive the car and off we went.
In a nutshell, loved the car ❤️, started the purchasing process and I’m very happy with the friendly and quick service from Peter and the team. The car was serviced and spotless when collected and this was the most efficient and speediest way I’ve ever bought a car without any hard sell involved.
I would recommend a visit to BFC if you see a car you like. 👍🏾 👍🏾

Brilliant service
We had been looking for a car in our price range, we'd been to a few garages where we got pounced on and promptly left all of them.
Went to Berkshire fiesta centre no one tried to pounce or push us into a deal we didn't want.
Gavin was very helpful answering our questions.
We came away with a second hand car that we both love, and were pleasantly surprised at the service we recieved.
Will be going there again. Thankyou, BFC.

Great service

Definitely recommend
Would have given 6 stars if I could. Polite, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We went to look at the car Christmas Eve, loved it & wanted to take it home that day, everyone went above and beyond to make this possible! Excellent customer service.
We recently bought a lovely Polo from BFC and have to say the whole experience was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales team with no pressure. Their attention to detail was great, making sure everything was perfect on the car before collection. There was a small issue with the car shortly after collecting it which they then resolved perfectly with no hassles, great customer service. We'd thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
From the first phone call with Dominic to the final handshake before leaving with our new van the customer service we received has been exceptional. All our questions were answered, Dominic recorded a video walk around of the vehicle for us and sent it straight after requesting it. The way the guys put us at ease with the whole buying process made us feel confident that we had made the right decision. Even though we are quite a distance from the garage we would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend that everyone gives them a try.

First class treatment
Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and reassuring when I purchased a new car.
Test drive went well, the communication between myself and the garage was very good, I was kept informed every step of the way.
When I collected the car it was spotless, had petrol in the tank, and I was told any concerns just phone the garage.
Cannot recommend this garage enough. Thankyou to all concerned.

Second to none in my opinion.
Long journey from the far north of Scotland to pick up a car. Communication was great from when I left home to when i arrived at the showroom and was even offered a lift from the train station when i got there. I was greeted by Dominic and then was able to put a face to our messages, he was friendly and kind and gave me a tour around the car which was well presented. I would without doubt travel 1200 miles round trip to buy a car from them again, and I was even messaged to make sure the car was ok on the way back, which it was, you can not beat a 600 mile test drive :) Thanks Dominic and BFC good luck to you all for the future.

The first interaction we had was great and was helpful however the day off collecting our new car the car was so dirty also just gave us the key and didn’t explain anything about the car . Even after having the car for a couple off weeks now not received a phone call or an email thanking us for our business or how we are getting on with the car .

Fantastic Experience
I had the best experience buying my new car. I got a great deal, the staff were really helpful, communication was good. The day I collected my car, it was ready to go when I arrived and it was immaculate inside and out. It had an AA check. I really couldn't have been happier. My dealings were with Lemar mainly. A great sales service

We was recommended from one of your customers James Harris,
Initially speaking to Lisa she was so helpful, and went through all the affordability, and triple checked we was happy with everything, after a few days after speaking to Lisa, she then rung me and said they had a car in which would suit us, we viewed the car on the Wednesday, and collected it the following week on the Friday, all serviced, MOT'D and lovely and clean, the guys even went the trouble of buffing the misting headlights, Dominic and Lemar was so helpful, nice and easy transaction, and of course was nice to have a chat with Gary as always, would definitely recommend this company to anyone, cheers again guys over the moon with our new car, 😍😍

It was easy from start to finish

Dreadful
As soon as we brought the car it had issues. They recently lied to us told us our car was fine. It was not it needed 1300 worth of repairs. Why did they lie? Did they sell it to us like that? Did they damage it when they looked at it? Or is it because they claim to be something they are not. They mislead by advertising themselves asTesla specialists. The key missing word is approved. They most certainly are not approved by Tesla. I have no answers for their behavior. If that was the case why not admit they had no one capable of doing the repairs. Why let us drive off in a badly damaged car. I actively discourage people from going to this garage they are rude and arrogant once they have your money. I got laughed at for at the age of 59 not being as tech savvy theyrefused to help. We were locked out of the car tough luck go to Tesla was their attitude. To make a former customer feel so bad and humiliated because I did not grow up in an age of computers was in my eyes downright nasty. To let someone go with a badly damaged car is at best negligent and could be downright dangerous

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry to hear you are not totally satisfied with the service that you have received, however I do feel that you have left out quite a lot of detail and haven't been completely truthful in your review.

You purchased the vehicle from us in November of 2023 with 35500 miles. A month after purchase you complained several times that the real world range did not match the WLTP quotes given by Tesla. It was explained to you and your husband in detail that during the course of the winter months, an EV will consume more energy and this additional consumption is perfectly normal. We tested your complaint thoroughly and even arranged a range analysis through the Tesla service department who confirmed that this usage was totally normally. You also complained of additional running costs over your previous ICE vehicle, however it transpired you were only using public chargers to re-charge the vehicle. It was explained at point of purchase that to get the most out of EV ownership, you would require a home charger to be installed as without it, public charging can be costly.

Since then, we have not heard from you in over 12 months and over 15,000 miles. You then subsequently contacted us in March of 2025 to book your vehicle in for a Health Check. You explained that you had gone through a large pot hole and something did not feel right and the vehicle was now making an unusual noise. The vehicle was booked for the 10th of March with a courtesy car. Upon arrival, you instructed us to investigate, but not to carry out any repairs as you intended on booking the vehicle in with Tesla to attempt to get any repairs carried out under warranty. Our service manager explained to you that your basic vehicle warranty had expired and due to the nature of damage as described by you, he would be doubtful that any work would be carried out under warranty or goodwill. You left the car with us for the morning and we carried out the health check. As explained to you on collection, the workshop found numerous suspension components that were starting to show wear, however no components were found to be out of service or requiring immediate replacement. We were also unable to replicate the noise that you initially described. As you told us not to carry out any work, you were advised of this and you were given the vehicle back. Unhappy with our diagnosis, you then took the vehicle to Tesla, Who then quoted you £1300 to do the work we advised which we felt wasn’t necessary right away.

I would also like to clarify we are not Tesla approved and have never claimed to be. We are clearly marketed as an Independent Specialist, hence the name. Our technicians are trained to an incredibly high standard and have been working on EV’s and specifically Tesla’s for several years. I would also like to highlight that under no circumstances would any of our staff belittle you for not knowing something. We are here to help with all issues and are more than happy to explain how things work to those who will listen.

We do however feel that you have been completely unreasonable in your complaint and unnecessarily hostile. After having over 15,000 trouble free miles in a vehicle, it would be reasonable to expect that some maintenance would be required. Whether it be a Fiesta or a Ferrari, Parts wear with use, or in this case pothole damage and will eventually require replacement. We advised what we felt was correct at the time, We do not profiteer and advise things that aren’t needed.
