LO18FKJ Horrendous Experience Horrendous Company
Before I start I would suggest people read the replies from the reviews as this says more about the company than the actual reviews as they take zero ownership.

I walked out their showroom on 6th October with a car I was happy with left a review within days on Judge Service saying good experience oh how I was wrong.

Within 10 days car had numerous faults. 1. Faulty rear tail gate, 2. Engine management light on, 3. Restricted Performance Error message, 4. Smell of Diesel coming through air vents. Warranty is useless doesn't cover the cost of labour I work away so when I got home chased the repairs up and asked when my finance would come out bank as I had zero communication from finance company.

Turns out they let me leave the garage and have a car 3 weeks and the documents I signed weren't finance ones they sent me new Finance documents but rates and per month were all wrong.

The CEO Paul contacted me directly to say they had sacked the Advisor ASHLEY and asked me to sign the e documents, I advised that I was happy to sign as long as the car got repaired 1st as it was not fit for purpose in current condition constantly going into limp mode at this point PAUL became aggressive and advised he was sending 3 men up to collect HIS car, I advised he can have his FAULTY car back (LO18FKJ Land Rover Discovery Sport) as long as all monies owed to me where paid, now the offered monies paid after they got the car NOPE they offered a cheque NOPE they offered half & half NOPE, I refused all apart from direct bank transfer as I didn't trust them,

7 days pass and various emails and aggressive phone calls to me before they say they will send a transporter up for it when in fact 2 elderly men turn up (lovely guys) look at the car and call PAUL who tells me my Monies are wired to my bank in his is usual aggressive tone.

He moans about Mileage that's been done and no doubt their reply will say this.

All in all worst experience ever buying a car 12th November it went back and I can guarantee that if I had finance in place there was no way they would have taken the car back.

Anyone with a faulty car can invoke the Consumer act 2015 for rejecting a car that's not fit for purpose.

irresponsible company
Delivered a car 4 days after than purchase and withour logbook claiming it is lost. Since it was Sunday and postoffice could not tax the car, I had to take half day off next day. Car had scratches, two owners instead of one that they said , 2 keys instead of 1 (again descriptions' error). AA report is pretty basic (without HPI clear certificate so I presume that a car could be stolen since no second key, two owners instead of one and no logbook) and did not check battery (which was so low that start sto system did not even work) . Last but not least : a19sales@affordable-cars. co . uk which is the email for their site is FULL and does not accept emails/complaints. IMAGINE HOW IRRESPONSIBLE THIS COMPANY IS

Overall a speedy transaction and a good service
So far so good 😊
First visit nearly put me off with the fact the car he no logbook ( easily resolved) and when faults were pointed out, a bit of a cheeky response but I guess that’s just salesman banter. Need to pop in as the car hasn’t had a valet, simple enough to just call in and get a spring clean. Hopefully I’ll continue to have a great working car 🚗

Terrible experience
When realising the car was faulty. We politely asked for a refund under the 14 days policy. However we were greeted with a very rude and angry response. The manager lied over the phone on several occasions and insisted that we cannot have a refund and that we should have checked the vehicle properly. Due to covid restrictions we were unable to see the interior and when we received the car we realised the numerous amounts of faults which I believe were carefully hidden by the company. Overall an absolute terrible experience. The phone call has left me shaken and upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ( I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating)

I was looking for a hybrid Mercedes on the internet and came across Affordable Cars. Having spoken to one of the sales team (Andrew) I put a reserve on a car. Next day I went to view the car and the whole experience in these trying times was very smooth and professional. Love my new Audi A3 !!!
I bought an Audi A3 back in 2017 from this garage... the car was a 14 plate. The car has been brilliant, so when I decided it was time to upgrade, I came back and have happily got another Audi A3 2018 plate. Really polite and professional, helpful and knowledgeable.. Great service
I have recently purchased an Audi A1 from this dealership. As I was unable to view the car because of Covid restrictions, I was a bit unsure. However, after receiving excellent customer service from Dean and having all of my questions answered I went ahead. Dean was also very honest and sent me a video of a mark the car had, but when the car arrived it wasn’t as bad as I thought!
I was able to choose a delivery time that suited me and when the car was delivered the delivery driver, didn’t get his name, was very helpful and talked me through the car; such as the foam instead of a spare wheel. I am very happy with the car and the service from start to finish. Very honest and helpful. Thanks guys!

Good communication from the garage, I travelled down to look at the car with the aim of purchasing it. I was happy with the vehicle but felt that it wasn’t prepared for me. I had to ask that the rear bumper was polished as there must’ve been a small paint job on it and it hadn’t been completed properly . The car had just been washed prior to me arriving and was obviously not pristinely clean as you would’ve expected with the interior carpets needing hoovered also. If I’m honest I think more attention to detail in terms of preparation for a viewing should be given to vehicles which would’ve undoubtedly have resulted in a 5* rating. Overall I’m quite happy with the vehicle. Thank you.
